This an epic Anime/Manga! It's now my favorite Anime/Manga. Adam BLADE AND ADAM ARCLIGHT!

The plot it's like Heroes + Fist of the North Star + One Piece. Alright there's World War 3, and after that 50 years later there's these Black Spots that appear in Japan and other places around the world, the Governments trying to rebuild have them quartined. The people within the black spots manifest superhuman abilities, and are labeled as Needless, and outcasts of Society. Needless are like X Men mutants all having super powers from super speed to pryokinesis to cryokinesis.

I can't explain more without spoiling, I love this anime amazing plot. A Good watch, 24 episodes. Manga is far superior.

Yea I found some of the episodes on youtube. Don't watch the dubbed it's ok but subbed is better imo and has all the episodes.
