Congratz, One Piece. Not sure why Naruto took the second spot.

One Piece is really kicking it into overdrive in popularity. They sold more copies than ranks 2-5 combined

One Piece currently sells better than Harry Potter in Japan.

Haha i've always meant to pick up one piece being that i am a huge fan of both bleach and naruto, but for some reason haven't done it, maybe i will soon when i catchup and finish a few of my other ones, cuz one piece is one hell of an investment and i wanna give it my full and undivided attention ^^

Naruto and Bleach aren't bad, and I read both weekly when they first come out. But One Piece is significantly better than both of them. You should definitely go for it. A lot of episodes and chapters but it's worth it.

Yeah i have read that alot in various forums all over the place lol, seems like people really love it ^^, right now im reading gintama, about to start noblesse, world embryo, and am also in the middle of catching up to the finally updated getbackers (another long running favorite series of mine) just wish it updated faster >.<

Oddly enough Tom, I am the same.
I don't know how I got into Bleach and Naruto and skip One Piece all together.
I do remember watching a couple of episodes when I was younger on Toonanime.
Perhaps its the art, it didn't apply to me then? D:

Considering in the Gantz manga, a war was taking place and the children in the manga were concern about the upcoming episode of One Piece being prolonged. o_0;

After I am done with Skip Beat and Blue Exorcist, I'd start One Piece for sure.

I wasn't crazy about the art at first but it really grew on me and now it's my favourite.

The art style has grown on me as well. I still like AT's art style the best, but Oda's is really good.

Which should I start with anime or manga?

I woud watch the anime and then pick up where the anime leaves off with the manga. The anime is really well done.

No fillers in anime?
You see I am more of a manga person just because of the fillers and I somehow find reading more descriptive.. But if you say the anime was done well, I would definitely watch.

There is more filler in the latter half of the anime but most of it is at least bearable to me. You can always skip the filler too.

True. << Especially since there are tons of episodes and chapters. @_@ Omg. It would take forever for me to catch up on One Piece. *Screwed!*

One piece is one of the best manga so far before Naruto, DBZ, Ghost Fighter, HunterXHunter, SamuraiX, and Detective Conan... Very Happy

Everyone should watch One Piece and my guide renders filler a problem of the past.

Also stop not crediting Kaio.

There is also an awesome person who wrote a complete filler guide, having seen the guy in real life I must say he is somewhat sexy.

I wouldn't really agree with that, there's filler mainly around water 7 and arabasta IIRC. Later arcs seem to have absolutely none.

I found this myself on animenewsnetwork, Buu. Back then I used to check that site every day for good news (I was mainly curious about InuYasha Final Act news if they had any).
