Well, the Heroes characters can just put all of the Devil's Fruit characters into the water....and then kill off anybody else.

I'd say only show that stands a chance against Heroes (based on Justin's description) would be like Justice League Unlimited.

Well I can think of a ton ppl who can slaughter Heroes. JLU would slaughter Heroes very easily.

One Piece actually can put up a good fight, the only problem is there weakness to water, which it is an easy way for the Heroes to win.

And that's where the Heroes Slaughtering comes in...

If there is one weakness for most of the best OP characters, then it's gonna be an easy slaughter.

Unless the logias can win quickly without being put in water, they lose.

Heroes characters are weak anyway. Only Sylar would put up a decent match, but one strong punch from Luffy and he's done for.

Oh and there's Hiro, but he needs to touch someone to teleport them to a sea. But Logias can't be touched, so bye bye Hiro.

Also, there are several characters within Heroes who can beat Sylar, so yea. Also Sylar is immortal, so no one punch wouldn't finish him off.
