Earthbound is such an epic RPG. It's definitely in my top five games of all time. And who can forget the amazing final boss theme?

Hell, AZX or I could post the entire Breath of Fire 3 soundtrack. Every theme in the game is great.

A lot of childhood memories are in this track for me. My mom loved and still loves this game. We used to play it all the time.

...She still kicks my ass around on it, though. >.<

Since people already shared some of my other favorite music, I'll go with my favorite from Pokemon XD.

Personally, I think this game is the best in the series. I share a lot of the AVGN's opinion on the series as far as this game is concerned. The mood setup for this part of the game is nothing short of amazing. A chilling intro area with eerie music, busting into this awesome theme. Time to kick ass and take some names!

Meh. FF7. I think that and Sephiroth are overrated. FF6 was just so much better, IMO.

My personal preference.

I like FFVII better than VI but X is my favorite. Still, I do think people overrate Sephiroth and VII a bit.

Thought I'd go in a different direction today.

Zelda: Ocarina of Time was a game that created controversy among the Muslim community. A notable example is the music of the Fire Temple.



As a result, a new version was circulated, that had the chanting in the track removed.



Later on, a new version was released. It sounds like excerpts from the Shadow Temple theme were added.



Just some interesting facts for the day.

Didn't get into this series as much. I vaguely remember watching a friend play this game and thinking how cool the music. Don't know if I could play it if I picked a copy up.

Red Alert 3 is brutal, it's mad hard. But goddamn it has some awesome tracks on it.

I've made several comments that I didn't enjoy Final Fantasy VII and VIII. I still enjoyed them nonetheless. When I put IX and heard this:



My reaction: "FINAL FANTASY IS BACK, BABY!"

Easily my 2nd favorite in the series, and the second to last great Final Fantasy game released before everything started going downhill.
