During the winter time, business at where I work tends to slow down. As a result, hours get cut. However, my boss where I work has been consistently under-projecting by about $700-$800. She has seen these results and continues what she does. Her response to our complaints? "You will just need to multitask better. I can't be shorted my bonuses for over-projecting."
My question is this: Is it selfish to think that she should care less about whatever bonus she gets for making her projections and more about her crew members and managers?
