8.9 on the Richter Scale to be exact. That's one of the largest recorded ones ever. They were also hit by a Tsunami. I wonder if weeaboos are freaking out right now.

Some of my friends are doing missionary work over there. Thankfully, I heard from them and they are okay.

Damn 8.9.

I never seen a earthquake that huge!!!

The last time I seen a 8.9 is that shit I took last year.

But seriously, I hope people over there are ok in Japan and hope for god, the Tsunami doesn't hit hard in Hawaii.

It is unfortunate to hear. It makes you appreciate the fact that you haven't been hit like this.

Yeah, fucking weeaboos bitching about how their anime is pre-empted. Let's take a look at a comment from an ANN poster:

Quote :
I think this is getting pretty one sided. While I definitely care for the Japanese, I also care for the anime. My greed is definitely partly to blame when I say this, but a frozen industry is never good. "Help your people, donate, but keep your industry moving" is probably the best thing I could think of at this point. Unfortunately that's the only way our economy works, and donations only help so much compared to a whole country's work force.

Japan should rely a bit more on foreign help as well. They should have called out for help instantly, yet we still have organizations "on hold" because "Japan didn't ask for it".

Their self-entitlement knows absolutely no bounds.

Also, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and Ke$ha have donated millions of dollars each. I'm not going to make fun of these people anymore for quite a while and will look for a new avatar.

Good for them. I'm not a fan of either of those aforementioned three, but that definitely warrants respect.

Yeah, the weeaboo thing was a joke, but holy shit.
