| Has anyone heard/played these? They are action rpg games and for anyone wondering I&II are VERY old school some may be turned off by this the other english releases are indeed vastly better anyways. Ys I&II Ys III: Oath in Felghana Ys VI: Ark of Napishtim and the newest Ys game. Ys Seven The United States never saw the release of Origins , IV: Mask of the Sun , IV: Dawn of Ys , or Ys V. | I'm with Strider Zero, thought I am tempted to buy the TurboGrafx-16 versions of the first two games off of the VC. | |

You can also find the first two installments together on the Wii's Virtual Console for the TurboGrafx-16. I heard they were good, although never really played them.

They are good yes but don't let them cloud your judgement over the entire series if it turns out they aren't as good as you thought.
