| The deal is simple: Pick a game series and pick the best, worst, overrated, and underrated of the series. Write a little bit about said series if you feel like it.
I'll start with my favorite series of all time: The Legend of Zelda. Zelda is a family affair in our house. My parents will sit and watch as I try to figure out the puzzles and other adventure elements of the games.
BEST: A Link to the Past (SNES) Everything about this game is classic. The graphics were rather good for its time, the puzzles were good, and the action was a lot of fun. This game set standards for the series.
There aren't any bad Zelda games outside of the CD-i games, but for the sake of this list, I'll stay away from them. WORST: Four Swords (GBA) When I heard "Multi-player" on Zelda, I was skeptical. When we decided to play the game as a family plus one friend, we walked away unimpressed. The random generation of the dungeons was not enjoyable. The only plus side is that it added some cool extras for the GBA port of ALTTP, but as to whether or not it was worth it is debatable. EDIT: The Anniversary Edition that was released on the DSi is a decent remake, considering that you're not dealing with trying to shout orders at your allies, but the dungeon designs still suck.
OVERRATED: Ocarina of Time (N64) I would like to remind you that overrated does not equal bad. That said, the only thing that felt fresh to this game was the graphics. They haven't aged that well, have they? The game felt like it recycled way too many elements from previous games.
UNDERRATED: Majora's Mask (N64) To many people, this felt like a rehash of Ocarina of Time. To me, it introduced a lot more new elements, and corrected certain elements of its predecessor. I'd rather play Majora's Mask than Ocarina of Time any day.
There you go. Pick a series or two and have some fun!

| BEST: Tekken 2 When ever someone mentions being a fan of Tekken, they have to have played this at some point. It is arguably the best Tekken game, and I certainly regard it as such.
WORST: Tekken 6 Don't you hate it when a game strays from its roots, and makes a fatal mistake which turns out crap? While Tekken 6 may have had the best game mechanics out of the series (which is only to be expected since it's the most recent), everything else about it was worse. The story is no longer the arcade mode, now you have to play a rushed beat 'em up if you want the story. It also gives you a fuckton more currency than any other mode, so it basically forces you to play it if you want to buy items to customise your characters with. To top it all off, the final boss looks incredibly stupid. It's some ancient mythical being (guessing here as I gave up on the crappy beat 'em up), that shit's even worse than Jinpachi. Why can't we just have Devil (Kazuya's, Jin's isn't as cool) as the damn final boss.
OVERRATED: Tekken 2 Yes, I know. How can you say that what you've called the best game is also the most over-rated game? Well like Prince said, over-rated doesn't necessarily mean bad. Tekken 2 is the best game in the series, but it isn't by a great deal. Some fans would have you believe it's leagues ahead of the rest, that is just plain wrong.
UNDERRATED: Tekken 3 This is the game which got me into the series, I spent hours playing this bad boy on the Playstation. It's a great arcade fighter which has everything a good fighter needs. A comprehensive roster of characters, a passable story, relations between the characters, an amusing minigame, and a bunch of unlock-able characters unlocked by playing through the arcade. The game also introduced the Theatre mode, so you could see the ending clips if you felt like it without having to play through the arcade again. It's only problem is it was following Tekken 2, so it wasn't as well received by fans as it was by newcomers to the series.

| Ok. I'll do Fallout Best-Fallout 2 I spent fucking hours and hours playing this masterpiece in my PC. The story was superb, the setting was dark and dismal, but makes me want to put my dick in the cd hole (Did I just say that?) and has alot of quirky and funny moments, SO BUY IT NOW! Worse-Fallout Brotherhood of Steel. Ok, it isn't that bad. It's a ok game for the Fallout series, but the characters are bland, generic story, and other bullshit. Overrated-Fallout 3 It's not the best damn game people, wake up!!! I like fallout 3 ALOT!!! But it isn't THAT GOOD!!! Underrated-Fallout Tactics Someone please, this game was a good game (Besides it's short story and only like 16 missions) But it's a fun game if you look at it right. | |

There you go. Pick a series or two and have some fun! I agree with you all the way. And thanks for pointing out that Four Swords sucked. The Gamecube version would've left an even worst taste in your mouth.

| Best: Sonic 3 & Knuckles I know many people heard this one in most Sonic fans best list but to me, I can't deny it. I thought about picking another game just to be different but I just be lying. I love the addition of Knuckles the Enchidna and love that you can play as him on Sonic 3 and Sonic 2. Also I get to play as Tails by himself.
Worst: Sonic R Sonic 2006 may have more bug and glitches but I still found a little bit of enjoyment. Sonic R on the other hand was fustrating and boring. The turning is hard, the music feels like it doesn't belong in a racing game(except for Super Sonic Racing), the characters were unbalanced, and doesn't make me want to play it again even with friends.
Overrated: Sonic Adventure I do enjoy it, honest. But I feel that Sega should have focus more Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles by adding extra stages. Maybe keep Amy and Gamma part as an unlockable and definately get rid of Big.
Underrated: Sonic and the Secret Rings It's not perfect and I can understand why people hate this, but I enjoy this game. Sure I got fustrated at times, but in the end, I was satisfied. I like the on-rails gameplay idea, the speed boost and time freeze was nice, and I like Darkspine Sonic.

Actually, I did play the GC Four Swords Adventures. Granted it wasn't that great, but I didn't walk away bitter like I did the GBA version.

| Dragon Ball Z - PS2 series.
Best: Tenkaichi 3/Infinite World - Both are extremely fun games. T3 offers the largest character selection of any game before it. Gameplay in both these games are different, but enjoyable in their own way. And T3 cheat codes (gameshark or such devices) despite many not working, infinite max power energy can be really fun to play with.
Worst: Sagas - This game was crap. The mini games wasn't that enjoyable, the gameplay was basically Tenkaichi, except worse then T1. And didn't even include a full cast, only going as far as Cell saga. It plain sucks complete ass.
Overrated: Super DBZ - This game is basically DBZ in a old school fighter. Works well for Street Fighter, not so much for DBZ. Budokai and Tenkaichi series both wipe the floor with this game.
Underrated: I have no idea, Budokai 2 and Tenkaichi 2 was, and still is widely popular. I'll go with Budokai - The first DBZ game on the PS2, Budokai has a amazing story mode up to the cell saga. Although outdone by it's sequels in graphics and game play.

| No raging blast?
Also for Zelda.
Best-LOZ, Orcarina of time
Do I even need to say how awesome this game is
Worst-Before I do. Flame shield UP!!! Zelda 2 I don't hate Zelda 2, it's just So fucking hard and tedious to start all over again and again after you die (You still keep everything)
Overrated-LOZ, Orcarina of time Sure, BEST GAME EVER!!! But overhype so much!!!
Underrated-Mojora's Mask This is a zelda game that needs more respect. I think people are critizing it because it's similar to LOZ, OOT. But it's a fun game

| I'll do the Ace Attorney games.
Best: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
This game featured the best music in the games. It also had my favorite case of 1-4.
Worst: Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney
Worst music of them all, worst story, worst main character, went with non-canon 1-5, etc.
Most Overrated: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations
Even though this is my second favorite Ace Attorney, it wasn't up to par with AA1. Yet it is the most praised of them.
Most Underrated: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Justice for All
People heavily criticize this game for no apparent reason. This game still blows away Apollo Justice and has a great story.

| I think people blow away Justice for all because 3/4 of the missions in it are the worst in the Phoenix Wright 'arc'. | |

| I don't think so. 2-2 was all about Maya and Kurain Village and was overall a better case than 3-2. Also the Tres Bien thing got a little annoying compared to Big Top which wasn't as annoying. I suppose they're interchangable though. Also, 2-4 was absolutely incredible and blows away 3-4. | |

| 2-1 was the memory loss gimmick, right? At least that was over quickly, the Big Top just dragged on and on.
What do you mean I'm proving your point? Big Top was in 2. It was worse than anything in 3 for sure.

| My point that AA2 is underrated. I liked Big Top, and don't see what the deal is with it. It drags on just as long as any other case does. | |

| It drags on, the characters were annoying, the case was obvious from near the start and it wasn't even very interesting.
It's just in no way up to the standard the first game set. Lucky they got back on form for T&T.

| Becaue it was obvious what went on for so long, you just wanted it to be over with. Where as Très Bien at least had Furio Tigre and an "oh shit he's messing with gangsters" thing going on. Aside from that it dragged on because ALL the characters were so damn annoying.
Yeah, Très Bien was far from the best cases, but it blew Big Top out of the water.

| The only real annoying chars were Moe and Ben/Trilo. Max was fine and Acro was cool. The story between him and Bat was sad. I figured that something was dropped on top of the circus dude's head, but the whole flying trick was neat IMO. Besides, it was not obvious where the murder weapon was and what it was right away. | |
