So there are a ton of fighting games out there in the pool to dive in and find, some good some bad. One thing for fighting games that might matter to some people is the awesome music that gets put into it to set the mood just like anything else, most music like rock, techno, smooth jazz and dubstep. I recently picked up Street Fighter x Tekken a pretty great game and the soundtrack for it blew me away Capcom really out did themselves with the music in this game. The music is fantastic with a mix of techno and orchestra with the main song "honest eyes" reminding me of one of The Killers and The Dillinger Escape Plan, and it got me thinking. What are some of your guys favorite music soundtrack for fighting games? Imo my favorite fighting game soundtrack weirdly enough is probably marvel vs Capcom 2's. I have a thing for jazz music just as much as I have a thing for soft or techno music, and it was one of my first fighting games that I played for my PS2 back when you could still get it for 20 bucks. While most people think the jazz music is unfitting for me I think it's perfect and such a great soundtrack and nice to listen to while your not playing the game.
