Fire Emblem let's fucking go.

The only problem is that Lucina looks like a clone of Marth. Robin looks awesome. That diversity. But they screwed up in that it shouldn't have been a sword user, but should have been someone with hand to hand normals. Would have been perfect for Pent to give a FE7 rep instead of three Awakening reps. That troll with Chrom was great. It was obvious he was going to be in from the beginning, but five FE characters I definitely did not anticipate.

Okay, so it looks like Chrom is actually part of Robin's final smash. I have to say, I'm disappointed that they decided to literally make a Marth clone being the fully playable character. I do not understand this move by Nintendo when fans bitched to all hell about clone characters and they go ahead and deliberately do that for Marth.

So now that the game has been out for a while, who wants to talk about the rift between Sakurai and the competitive players? It was crystal clear from Brawl that Sakurai never meant for the games to be played on a "professional" scene. So, why the hell is the "community" still up in arms over a tier-list and all that shit?

I find both sides' tenacity to be admirable, but the competitive scene is definitely more lol-worthy.

Probably because it can still be a competitive game even with non-competitive mechanics.

Also, Ryu (Street Fighter) and Roy have been confirmed for this game.

I'm conflicted. Putting aside my mixed views of FF7, this is not only a nice way to celebrate the HD remake, but it also proves that the relationship between Nintendo and Final Fantasy is not really dead. I mean, the consoles haven't seen any main series titles in Lord knows how long. This gives me hope that there is a future for the franchise on Nintendo home consoles.

Too bad it's another fucking swordsman! That's 11 now! Can we get something different for fuck's sake?!

I agree. They should have taken out Lucina, made her and Roy alt costumes to Marth and put in Hector or Ephraim instead.

Hey, Sakurai. You know, Fire Emblem has more than just sword users you know. As interesting as Corin looks with the dragon stuff, it's ANOTHER FUCKING SWORD USER.
