Appearance: 5'9, black shoulder length hair with dark blue stripes highlights. Blue eyes, average body build (she doesn't look like a soldier).

Powers: Katie can control and manipulate the element of water. She can bend and manipulate it, use it offensively, use to to feel opponents out, and is able to form ice.

Supplies: Military knife, military issue pistol, communication device, bandages and tape, camo forest outfit.

Bio: Katie was a fairly average and happy teen girl. About a year out of high school she got picked up by the FBI and placed under arrest. She was taken to another branch of the government who revealed they knew of her gifts. Katie was given the choice of work or death, they seen to much danger in Katie gifts to offer prison. Katie reluctant decision was to accept the work and was told she'd be used for hunting supernatural beings.

Katie was given some basic training, basic supplies and the code name of Blue. With bare bones knowledge she was out on the field within a matter of months, having to fend for herself while doing jobs and learn along the way.

Power: Hannah is able to manipulate fire and heat, making her able to cause explosions and mass destruction

Bio: Hannah was a happy girl out of high school, getting in an all female band fairly quickly. She played bass and was the backup singer. However, a corrupt cop bought into a scandal made by other bands and killed her band mates at a concert, claiming there was a bomb. Hannah only survived because her power kicked in and she killed the cop with a fireball out of self defense. Her fans helped her escape to the tour bus and she quickly packed her costumes, getting out asap.

She then turned, showing hatred towards the law and anybody who sided with it, starting robbing places and killing anybody in her way to survive. She continues to wear the maid outfits due to respect towards her band mates, and to let the "pigs" as she calls them that she was there. She has avoided arrest, and is currently hiding out in a cabin in the woods, a large amount of supplies in there but too much to carry. Her antics gave her the "codename" as the pigs call it... The Maid of Destruction

Code Name: Shadow Kunoichi

Appearance: 5'10, long dark red hair that is kept in a ponytail with some bangs in the front.  She has bright sky blue eyes.  She wears a small black kimono.  Instead of wearing traditional undergarment she wears bandages around her chest and a fundoshi, which usually is a traditional Japanese undergarment for adult males and is similar in design to the garment of a sumo wrestler.  On top of that she wears chain mail underneath the kimono and overall she is considered a very attractive woman physically.

Powers: She can control and manipulate Darkness/Shadows.  This gives her enhanced sight in low or non light areas.  Also she can use the shadows to hide and temporarily become invulnerable, but doing so drains much of her stamina. Finally, she can use the shadows to give a slight boost to her physical stats (such as increased speed, power, and dexterity).

Supplies: Basic first aide supplies, a black blade katana, kunai, shuriken, and Kusarigama (chain-sickle)

Bio: Zaria was born to white parents who lived in Japan.  When she was four, the village that her family was living in was destroyed by government officials who were searching for gifted.  The tragedy left the now orphaned Zaria with a split personality.  One side of her is a flirtatious sexy woman with bubbly tendencies, but her other side is that of a cold blooded killer.

After wandering around for weeks, she was found by a clan of ninjas who took her in and raised her.  This gave her many years of ninja training under her belt, but she lacked the people skills to blend into modern society.  She was sent to New York in order to learn how to blend in from a clan elder that was living there.  However not too long after she arrived, the FBI came after her, so now she is hiding out somewhere in the Appalachian mountains living off the land.

Special Notes: Zaria has become weakened after splitting her power between herself and Hinata. She can only boost her stats to peak human levels and she doesn't have the extra powers that Hinata has. Also now she has permanently lost her left arm so now her fighting style has become very sloppy due to the lack of a second arm. Her side has healed mostly, but it is scarred and causes her pain from time to time. Also she no longer has bangs. Since her two personalities have been separated, she no longer has sadistic tendencies, but the loss to Zeus has made her less outgoing and a little more serious.

Not sure if or when I'll show up if the character is accepted, but I figured I'd make a character just in case I do decide to join in.

Name: Fido Tracy
Codename: That annoying guy who won't shut the fuck up

Appearance: Fido stands about 6'0, 168lbs. He has short, spiky pink hair, neon green yoga pants and a gold tank top. One of his eyebrows is missing.

Powers: Invulnerability. Fido cannot be harmed in any way, shape or form. But he cannot bring harm to anything or anyone in any way. If he comes in contact with another living being, he will simply phase through. Inanimate things he can touch, but cannot break and if hit by one, it will do nothing to him.

Supplies: He always seems to have a bottle of mountain dew with him.

Bio: When Fido was born, he was given his name as a joke. Fido's powers awakened when he was 12 while getting into a fist fight with a bully who was making fun of his name. He found that the bully could not harm him and vice versa. Ever since then, Fido has suffered from chronic depression. He could never know the touch of a future lover. He could never have human contact ever again. He has tried killing himself many different ways, but he could not be harmed by any of those attempts.

In order to hide his depression, Fido uses comedy as an outlet. Sometimes, he tries too hard to be funny, where people often tell him to shut the fuck up. He once annoyed government officials so badly that they whitelisted him so that they wouldn't have to deal with him ever again.

Name: Dr. Ken Sato
Codename: White Mage
Gender: Male
Race: Japanese
Age: 50 (looks 25)
Type: Gifted (evolved human)

Appearance: 6'2, Dark brown eyes, short black hair. He wears a suit, but he also carries around his doctor's coat. He has a slightly above average body build.

Powers: Advanced Healing. He can heal many times faster than the average human, but it is like super healing which is almost instant. ex. recovery time for injury x by average human: 1 week, advanced healing: 1-2 days, super healing: less than 60 seconds. Also his healing allows him to age at half the rate of a normal human. Plus he can speed up the healing process for others, but only up to an hour a day. If done for longer periods of time, the target starts to permanently age at a faster rate with each time going over speeding it up more aka shortened life span.

Special Notes: His many years of life has allowed him to gain a genius level intellect. (not sure where to put this in his sheet so I put it here.)

Supplies: Doctor's coat, Doctor's bag with all his tools, basic medicines, and basic medical essentials for a doctor (so a lot more stuff than your average first aid kit), and brass knuckles.

Bio: Dr. Ken was a renowned doctor in his prime, but an accident with a drunk driver killed his wife and daughter. It was in this instant that his powers became known. The government took him in as a means to help their soldiers fight longer against gifted. For reasons unknown, he works for the Gifted Mafia as their torture specialist. This causes him great despair because the ghosts of his family haunt him as they are a reminder of his biggest regret in life. They also plague him due to the bad things that he does which he knows that they would disapprove of. Now he seeks to make up for the terrible things that he has done.

Name: Jamie Sullivan
Code Name: The Seer

Type: Gifted (evolved human).

Appearance:
6'3, average body build

Power: Jamie is able to travel into the future. However, it's more of a spiritual travel where only those very sensitive to ghosts and spirits can even contact him, and he can only do so when meditating or sleeping. He uses this knowledge to mold the future into his favor, and without something to focus on, the travel is random

Special notes: With training, he could fully travel, or do it when awake, but he is nowhere near that level as he needs control over when and where he goes first. The random travels are always linked to tragedy. He could also learn how to look into a person's past with training.

Supplies: Med kits, radio/walkie talkie, pistol, multi use swiss army knife

Bio: Jamie grew up confused and going crazy. His power surfaced at a young age so he started dreaming of tragedies that would happen. This led to him being called a freak (like the guys who are too into aliens or a zombie apocalypse), and he was very paranoid. He wouldn't do anything with bad superstitions, including Japanese ones like avoiding the number 4. He eventually learned of his power when meditating but was still freaked out by it.

When he was 16, a psychic within the government helped him train his power, eventually earning him spot number 4. However his 4th ranking is controversial, and he despises it, trying hard to get higher or lower. He has been even more paranoid, even helping the resistant groups just to try to get out of the ranking, and because Hannah earned his respect. His biggest regret is not stopping Hannah's band after predicting their death randomly, and he is trying to atone for that. Once he saw Hannah's video, his view on the government changed and he split the forces meant for Katie in order to save her life. He refuses to fully leave the government until Hannah guesses his power so he can apologize properly.

Here's our first villain.

Name: Ward Kingsley
Codename: Zeus
Gender: Male
Race: British
Age: 28
Type: Gifted (evolved human)

Appearance: 6'7, Above average body build. He wears a white beater with jeans. On top of that he wears a suit jacket that he keeps unbuttoned. He also tends to wear converse shoes.

Power: Lightning manipulation. He has the power generate large amounts of electricity from his body which he can use in a variety of ways. He can use them to move at insane speeds, shoot them at his opponents to attack, and ever use them to sudo hover at high as 5 feet of the ground. He also can use the lightning to superheat the air in his hands to create balls of plasma which he uses in his most powerful attacks. He can even syphon electricity from outside sources to increase his power many times over.

Special notes: The top 3 ranked gifted are all very powerful in their own right, but unlike the other ranks, there are huge power gaps between them. Also due to the fact that he only spent the first year of his life in England, he doesn't have an accent. He did slightly have one when he was young, but after his parents died, he quickly lost it.

Bio: Ward was born in London, England. Around his first birthday, His parents moved to the United States to work on their experiments at a prestigious university. One day when he was 5, there was an accident at his parent's lab. It killed them both. He, who happened to be there that day, managed to survive. When he awoke, he discovered that he could control lightning. He used these powers to get whatever he wanted. He became such a threat to the public that the government tried to eliminate he, but he proved to strong. The only one who was capable in stopping him was #1. #1 however saw potential in him and decided to recruit him for the government. Now many years later, he is the head of his own organization, the Gifted Mafia.

Name: Commander Sergent Micheal Phillips.
Code Name: Sir, Commander.
Gender: Male.
Race: Caucasian.
Age: 41.
Type: Human.

Powers: None

Supplies: Military knife, military issue pistol, communication device, bandages and tape, camo forest outfit.

Has additional access to M4 and AK47 assault rifles, satchel remote explosives, rocket RPG's, camo jeep, armored trucks, and tanks.

While not a pilot himself he can get air support via helicopters with gunners or jets by calling in for it.

Bio: Micheal is top figure head of the American Army, all top level commands come from him directly. Micheal has authority over law enforcement and most military branches with little except the president himself having say over him. Micheal often speaks directly to the presidential figures going over military status, treat levels, and war plans.

Micheal was born into a military family and raised though the ranks over years of service. Micheal has seen many wars first hand and is a top level field soldier. His work raised him to squad commander where he spent more time on the field of war, proving himself a effective leader. Years of service and excelling in all roles, and he's now a top military official and commander.

Micheal is one o the key figures in the gifted recruitment process and one of the top motivators that instilled fear into the name of gifted. He often speaks against gifted, even in public appearances to keep the public and presidential figures afraid of gifted. By doing this he is essentially manipulating people, as this fear grants Micheal pretty much free reign to treat a gifted as he see fit.

Some has proven useful tools towards keeping him in power, these are treated far better. But ones opposing him, if they don't bend to his will then they can expect a torturous and sometimes gruesome death.

Name: Hinata Watanabe
Code Name: Devil Child
Gender: Female
Race: Caucasian
Age: Physically: 8, Mentally: 20
Type: Gifted (evolved human)

Appearance: 4'2, Semi-long dark red hair that are kept down except when she is pretending to be a normal 8 year old which is when she puts her hair in pigtails. She has bright sky blue eyes. She tends to switch between two outfits depending on if she is trying to pretend to be a normal girl or not. The normal looking outfit is a pink dress with a matching pair of flats. The outfit that she prefers is a red and black dress like this, but without the hair accessory and slightly shorter skirt while wearing black boots that go up to her just below the knee.

Powers: Like her sister she can control and manipulate Shadows/Darkness. She has the enhanced low light and no light vision as well as the stat enhancing powers. However she can't disappear into shadows and become invulnerable like her sister, but she has managed to unlock the hidden part of their powers. The first is that she can absorb shadows to replenish lost stamina and energy. The second is the ability is use shadows as a projectile, similar to how Hannah can throw fire and Zeus can shoot lightning. The final ability is her self proclaimed demon mode. If she has absorbed enough shadows, which takes about five minutes of straight absorbing to achieve, she will enter a powered up state for 30 minutes.

Special notes: Since Hinata was separated from Zaria, their power that they once had has now been split in half between the two. This makes them both much weaker than before. They can still enhance their stats, but at best they can only reach peak human levels. Hinata can go slightly above that when in her demon form.

Supplies: Both of her outfits, a backpack, an umbrella that matches her red and black dress, throwing knives

Bio: After Dr. Ken performed an occult ritual to try and reattach Zaria's arm, the arm transformed into a "clone" of Zaria. This "clone" turned out to be 8 years old instead of 20 like Zaria. Also the lightning that was in the arms caused a slight mutation in her DNA making her more like a younger sister than a clone. She is the more sadistic side to Zaria's personality that now resides in this body. She is still as crass as ever, but from time to time she tricks people with a great impression of a normal 8 year old girl. She and Zaria are always butting heads, but their bond is truly like that of sisters. Hinata, despite what she says, loves her sister and tries never to leave her side.

Name: Flittergleam Silverdust

Type: Gifted Sylph( evolved Sylph)

Appearance: 5'2, 110lbs. He has long white hair that goes down to his chest. Being a Sylph gives him soft features, and given the fact that he is also very skinny, he has a very feminine appearance. He wears specially made Sylph clothing that can change at will to help him blend in as a normal human. He has very pale skin and fairy like wings which he usually keeps hidden.

Powers: Fairy Dusts:
1. Rage Dust- increase speed and power. OD effect- goes berserk and attacks everyone until heart explodes
2. Calm Dust- decrease speed and power. OD effect- person becomes comatose
3. Poison Dust- causes nausea, dizziness, and paralysis. OD effect- death
4. Healing Dust- heals minor wounds and restores smalls amounts of stamina.
5. Explosion Dust-
extremely flammable dust that causes large explosions when ignited.
Also he has the natural Sylph abilities of wind control and flight.

Supplies: Leather satchel containing some Sylph artifacts, homemade hunting tools, and a crown.

Bio: He was born to Sylph parents, but he was raised by humans. He was unable to fit in with the human children which caused them to bully him. One day when his adoptive parents were kidnapped, he tried to use his powers to save them and takeout the men who held them. Unfortunately, he didn't have any control over his powers and accidentally killed everyone. From then on he lived as a wandering hermit, all the while trying to master his powers so no more innocent lives would be taken by his powers. One day he attempted to save a gifted child from soldiers, but was unsuccessful and the boy was killed due to the horrible way he was treated while in their custody. Now he searches the country, trying to find a way to expose the government's evil ways and also find a way to stop them.

Special notes: He hates his feminine name and body, so he uses his clothes to hide his true figure. When giving out a name he goes by Yasha. Due to his power, he was given the rank of number 5.

Bio:
Colette grew up in a military family, and got taught conflicting ideals. Her dad, a doctor, wants her to respect all humans, evos included. Her mom, a military officer, wants her to reject those that are different, like Commander Phillips. She picked her mom's route after she was killed by Hannah. Getting told the news personally, she quickly raised ranks by working harder and bringing in threats. She is still a ways below Phillips, but continues to prove herself as worthy. At this point, she is tracking the tour bus, unknown to Hannah's group, including Jamie. She hates Hannah with a passion and wants to kill Hannah herself, which influences her blind loyalty.

Bio:
Felipe is one of the original members of Sarah's pack, having split off after being incredibly annoyed with the ruthlessness. He was fine with giving ancient rituals lidfe, not needless killing. He isn't the leader type though and that's what kept him from doing the split himself.

Currently he's a spy, posing as Hannah's translator. He built a lot of respect for Hannah and would want her to lead the USA if Sarah can't.

Bio:
Sarah was born into the original American werewolf pack. However the leader was beyond ruthless, even attacking innocent travellers. When she was 20, the leader made her attack some hikers. She tried to refuse but he clinched her shoulder hard enough to cause immense pain without breaking any bones.

She returned in a terrible mood and gathered those few that agreed with her ways. Making an effort to leave, the small group was hunted down until they left werewolf territory, in untamed and unclaimed land. This group of 5 despises any organized groups of ruthless violence, including the army, and eventually peaked at 35 werewolves, including young. Now she has sent a spy into Hannah's group so they can know when to attack Phillips.

Appearance: 5'2, long curly unkempt brunette hair, average body build all be it a little dirty and green eyes. She usually wears a white tank top and short shorts both of which are very dirty and a little bit torn. also she never wears anything on her feet.

Powers: Venus has the ability to control plant life in any matter that she seems fit. She can make them attack people, make them wilt or grow on command, and even communicate with them to gather info.

Supplies: She only carries various plant seeds.

Bio: She is one half of the gifted duo known as the twins. Her and her brother were ridiculed by their parents and community for their powers. This caused them to hate all things having to do with gifted. They were recruited by government to help hunt down and kill gifted. They agreed to help only stating that they must be the last gifted to die. Thanks to her powers, Venus has grown a fondness to nature and likes spending her free time tending to her garden. She also likes restoring plant life. She may seem like a nice girl, if you are gifted or someone who has harmed plants, then watch out.

Appearance: 5'10, long curly unkempt brunette hair, green eyes, and slightly muscular body. He usually wears a silver tank top and jeans with hiking boots.

Powers: Mercury can control and manipulate metal. He can use it to create defensive walls and armor as well as weapons. He can also use it to make prisons and traps for his enemies.

Supplies: a 10 ft steel chain that he keeps wrapped around his waste like a belt, and various metal coins.

Bio: He also has a hatred of gifted due to he and his sister's troubled past. While his sister prefers to be around plant life, he prefers being in mineral caves that are rich in ore. He uses his skills to smith things both for practical and ornamental uses. He is very protective of his sister and will go berserk if anyone brings her harm.


Special Notes: The twins are an extremely powerful duo despite their age. Mercury is ranked #6 while Venus is ranked #7.
