Well naturally the HMs are the most useful for the story. In online gameplay there are these new strategies with Stealth rock and stuff like that.

Actually it would work better on Miltank. If you're up against a Ghost type, you need Miltank's ability to hit them.

theres pleanty that can learn endeavor/priority, most useful of wich is swinub (immune to weather)
