| Buu for power.
But Cell is the most awesome in the series. He's the only one that actually kills Goku. Then kills Trunks, breaks SSJ2 Gohan arm with a ki blast, owns Vegeta. Overpowers the Z fighters while in a massive beam struggle with a SSJ2.
He absorbs both androids, destroys 16. Play's with Goku in the tournament, taunts Gohan relentlessly to get him to go SSJ2. Creates the Cell Jr's to pawn the Z fighters. Cell's awesome.
It's only other shit in the Cell saga (such as Chi Chi's whining all the time) that brings it down. But everything with Cell himself is bad ass. |
