| So, I think I've found a possible correlation between the names and origins of homunculi. I've noticed: At least a few are named based on the need that fueled their creation. - Spoiler:
Lust - Created for lust/young love.
Envy - Created when Dante's son(with Hoenheim) died and she was jellous/envious of his wife(Ed and Al's mom) who had two living children.
Gluttony - Consumes everything and everyone(souls included) in hopes of creating a philosopher's stone. The definition of the word gluttony is to consume to the point of waste.
Greed - Takes everything, and was created when Dante tried to revive her lover(not Hoenheim)
Can you get it to work with other homunculi? Also, anyone got a way to make the name Sloth work?? I couldn't figure it out. | |

| Well, according to wikipedia, Sloth is way different in the Manga and Brotherhood. Manga and Brotherhood: Big giant, who is faster than he looks. Vs. Original Anime: Ed and Al's failed attempt at reviving their mother.
