Appearance:Flash is a being made completely of Ki energy, with a humanoid shape. The color of his ki is yellow, so of course his body is bright yellow. His eyes are light blue, and he can assume a physical state if he so chooses. His skin is usually light brown, and he is bald of course. His clothing is mainly casual as he's usually wearing baggy jeans, and an orange T Shirt that says Change in blue letters. His height is variable while in his ki state, and physical state as well.
Personality: Flash is a being who demands complete obedience from his servants, and often will grow very upset when those under him choose to defy his orders. He does not hesitate when it comes to killing those who are disobedient, and can be considered trigger happy or "ki happy". He gains enjoyment from ending the lives of others regardless of their obedience factor, and this is due to his mental illness.
He is Bi-Polar meaning his behavior varies depending on his mood. One moment he can be calm and calculated, the next extremely violent and irrational. This behavior can lead to others trying to avoid him, and sometimes he even has mental breakdowns claiming he hates his disease, and just wants to have friends. He considers his only true friend and ally raw Ki energy, believing that Ki can even talk to him.
When others use ki, he may sometimes attack them believing they are trying to kidnap his friends. Aside from this he considers himself a first class womanizer, often getting women, and sometimes using force. However his behavior altering stints can lead to him being cruel to those he claims he loves including women.
Bio:Flash was born a member of the Kieing race, however he was born with an unusually high power level. He took an interest in martial arts at a young age due to the large amounts of raw power he possessed, and quickly built up his speed and strength. He manged to win his first Martial Arts tournament when he was only thirteen years old, making his family proud. However as he entered his teenage years he grew bored of the life on Planet Kiso. He trained hard gaining access to the Ki Force, and using it he manged to absorb other members of his species.
He attacked the original 12 Kieings, known as the Council of Kiso. He absorbed them, and then took over the planet. He decided not to risk letting other Kieings reach his level of power, and absorbed every other Kieing on the planet. Then he converted his entire planet into ki, and devoured it. With all the power he amassed he quickly grew Bi-polar, and began to travel the planet the last member of his god-like species. His abilities grew as he learned of the World Trade Organization, a group falling apart with Freiza, and his family deceased.
With his lust for power, he declared control over WTO, and began organizing the army and their operation despite the damage Vegeta had done to said organization. With the army organized he continued Freiza's operations having planets wiped off life, and selling them, as well as adding new species to his army. However he intended to build up his gigantic arsenal of attacks, via meeting new people from new species. As such he used WTO to build up his power, and after around 200 years he'd learned over 1000 different attacks.
His power continued to grow, as he was now the leader of the World Trade Organization, and was known as Lord Flash. He designed his own Elite Fighting Force, known as the Flash Force. He also developed friendships with some of his elite fighters, and around this time he began having vast amounts of women kidnapped as he developed an interest in the opposite gender. He would give out women to those who completed missions, and would often take the most beautiful for himself. He also continued to train in martial arts, and after training with various masters, he fled to the sun to train in self exile. He left one of his elite warriors in charge of the World Trade Organization, and after a long period of time he emerged from the sun to resume control over his organization.
Now a master of martial arts he set up Galactic Tournaments, wanting to learn new style's of martial arts as well as technique's, and to gain more subordinates. Still seeking power he awakened the ability to create dimensional portals, after tracking down, and absorbing an extremely powerful demon. He went into the Otherworld, going to Heaven and HFIL to accumulate power from the fallen beings from the DBZverse. He managed to absorb several deceased warriors via Ki Conversion. With his new powers, he escaped Other-world, as he was deemed a dimensional threat.
A resistance was formed to kill Lord Flash, as the World Trade Organization continued to rise in power becoming one of the most fearsome organization's in the Galaxy. Flash gained access to raw energy itself, and taking control of energy in all it's form he became comparable to that of a God. Now he continued to battle various warriors and formed a new habit cannibalism on a global level. He grew addicted to absorbing others to gain info, but also he enjoyed devouring entire planets for sport, often planets that challenged WTO, or one's that supported Resistance. Thanks to his Otherwordly trip he developed massive telepathic powers similar to King Kai's, and was able to monitor all of his operation's, and assist if needed. With the Resistance rising in power every day, he decided to get the Dragon Balls so he could finally become an invincible unstoppable Tyrant.
Weapon: Flash is a master of nearly every form of martial arts, meaning weaponry as well. Having intelligence rivaling the smartest of the Tuffle's, he's capable of designing nearly any weapon in the universe. He has a blade made of Klangite, the most durable and sharpest metal in the entire universe. Using this blade along with his raw strength, and speed makes him a formidable swordsmen. He can surround the blade in ki to increase it's already great cutting strength.

High Intellect: Being a Kieing he's extremely intelligent this means he can hack into any system with ease, and is a master of piloting any vehicle. He can operate most weapons near instantly, and is able to build high tech device's such as laser beams, capsule's, Dragon Radars, Shrink rays, and Time Machine's with ease.
Self Sufficient- He can survive in space, underwater, in lava, and the like. He does not require oxygen, or any other substance to function. He can function in areas filled with poison gas, and other highly dangerous materials.
Power Level Manipulation- He can manipulate his power level, allowing him to raise and lower it at will. This allows him to also mask his power level from detection, and being able to manipulate ki as a result Power Level's are also something he can control. He can control his own, as well as his opponents. With his opponents he can control their power level reducing them to 1500, or placing them at 500,000 same with his own.
Ki Manipulation- Flash is one of the most skilled Ki manipulators in the universe. He can form Ki energy and use it for various purpouse's. He can form materials out of ki such as knives, fists, forming Ki constructs.
Ki Absorption- Flash can absorb Ki energy, giving him a near infinite amount. When he makes physical contact with others he can absorb their ki energy. When Ki attacks are fired at him, he can absorb them making him immune to damage from Ki Attacks. His body automatically absorbs any ki attack fired at him.
Ki Conversion- Flash has the Ability to convert physical objects into Ki, allowing him to convert a table into ki energy, and then absorb it. Using this ability he can also absorb physical beings, no matter their size or shape. This allows him to like Majin Buu gain the qualities of beings he absorbs including attacks, memories, knowledge, and the like. He can take on the qualities of objects he absorbs even inanimate objects, and shoot things he absorbs at others.
Ki Duplication: Flash has the ability to use any attack using ki energy after witnessing it only one time including Kamehameha, Special Beam Cannon, Devilmite beam, Spirit Bomb, Kaioken, Henka Beam, Death Beam, Destructo Disk, and various other technique's. He can copy any attack even attacks manipulating physical attributes, or draining life force. Due to being made of ki he can use said attacks near instantly.
Vast Speed/Strength: Flash is a very powerful being in terms of basic fighting power. He's incredibly fast, his speed surpassing the likes of Kid Buu, and SSJ2 Teen Gohan. He is capable of flying around a planet in a mere second, and time moves in slow motion when he moves. His strength is such he can shatter bones of the strongest warriors, and even bend the most durable material in the universe. He can shatter mountains, and even entire planets with pure physical force if he so chooses.
Dimensional Portals: He can create Dimensional portals, allowing him to travel into other dimensions, and bring "passengers". He can send people into Otherworld, and selectively place them in areas in the afterlife. He can also trap people in other dimensions, or self exile himself if he so chooses. He can even open portals into the Dead Zone, or transport people to places within a dimensional if he so chooses. He can also use the portals on attacks, and to transport people into space. This power is limited only his by his imagination.
Raw Energy Manipulation: Flash also has the ability to manipulate energy, not being limited to mere Ki Manipulation. Since Flash can manipulate near limitless raw amounts of energy he can control the following.

Move-Set:Blast 1:Energy Shield-A barrier of blue energy which is created around Flash to protect against any attack. Flash can create this barrier almost instantly.
Blast 2:Ki Cannon: Flash laughs manically, as he spreads his arms wide open. He begins to gather ki in his hands, looking as though he is preparing for a full body blast. He gathers all the energy into his arms, and claps, releasing one massive beam of energy. The power of the beam varies on how long he takes to charge it.
Instant!: Flash raises his hand, and looks in a certain direction. His eyes glow briefly with yellow ki, then the glow vanishes, and reappears wherever he's looking. The glow turns into a massive explosion, basically causing explosions to appear from thin air.
Reproduction: Flash can create a copy of his opponent to fight for him. The copies of the opponent are made of raw ki energy, and have the same power level. They can use the same attacks, and abilities. Flash can choose to give them free will, or to be in complete control of them. He can also make the copies explode with a thought.
Ultimate:Decimation: Flash glares at his opponent, and takes off into the sky building up speed, and also gathering energy in both of his hands as he takes off into the sky. Finally he stops flying, and raises his right hand which is now surrounded in ki. He screams out as he raises his hand gathering ki, the brightness of the attack causing the entire area to become extremely bright, the ground breaks apart, and rocks levitate. He then sends a massive ball of energy forward, which causes a massive explosion as it slams into his opponent completely disintegrating him/her. This attack nearly always destroys the planet Flash is fighting on.
Transformations: Ki-Force: Being a Kieing he can tap into the Ki-Force giving him supreme control over Ki energy, constructs, and even raw energy. Using the Ki Force he can gather ki to boost his physical stats including strength and speed. However he can also use Ki Conversion on himself, turning himself into a being made of Ki. He can remain in that state forever, and still retain a semi physical state. He can make physical contact with things, however he is immune to ki. He is also intangible if he wants to be allowing attacks to phase through him, and even letting things that phase through him burn up.
He can choose to "partially" phase as well. In this state he can also alter his size to gigantic proportions, or reduce himself to microscopic size. He can control the size of any Ki attack launched in battle as well, and can still mask his power level despite his form. He is able able to create clones of himself made out of raw ki energy, and he can reabsorb them as needed. He can also make the copies self destruct, and of course he can generate an unlimited number of clones. Also due to absorbing several beings via Ki Conversion he's picked up nearly all the powers and abilities from beings of the original DBzverse. Most notable is Broly's LSSJ state, meaning Flash's power is CONSTANTLY rising, even when he is not fighting. When fighting his power rises at a more rapid rate.
Kieng History
The Kieings are an offspring of the incredibly intelligent humanoids the Tuffle's. During the time of the war against the Saiyans, the Tuffle's worked hard to create a device that could convert humanoids into ki energy. They hoped if they could do this they could convert the Brutal invaders into harmless energy, and use them as fuel for their highly advanced weaponry. They began to gather test subjects for the project Tuffle's giving their lives. However there where only 12 Tuffle's who went through with the Process, and the machine worked.
Sadly that day the Saiyans had unlocked the Oozaru state, and attacked wiping out the Tuffle's before the Convertor could be used. The 12 beings who were "Dead" where actually able to regenerate, and become beings made of pure ki energy. They fled Planet Vegeta, and took over an empty planet filled with life. They discovered they had vast ki manipulating abilities, and, over the years their planet filled with beings known as Kieings, the Kai's detected their presence, and formed an alliance with them.
However after Majin Buu slaughtered the Kai's, the Kieings began a form of universal isolationism. They lived in peace for thousands of years, until the birth of Flash.
