| 1: Avoid generally frowned upon tactics in order to turn any situation in your favor. This includes, but is not limited to:
-Godmodding: The act of making your character do something unrealistic for the boundaries set. For example: A human character with no special abilities survives being in ground zero of a nuke. -Clairvoyance: Your character should not know as much as you do as a role player unless it's specified in the character sheet that he/she/it has that ability. For example, if your character meets a stranger who has fire powers and your character douses him with water before the fire user gets a chance to show his abilities. This can also include figuring out someone's ambiguous abilities with little to no information. -Controlling other player-controlled characters without permission: Basically, if the character has a profile in the sign ups (obviously not talking about one that you've made), it's generally assumed that you shouldn't control them unless there is permission in writing somewhere on the forum.
2: The rules of the forum apply here too. If you are calling someone a rotten bastard during the RP, that may be fine, but if it is directed towards the user and not the user's character, you can have action taken upon you. I would prefer if when you guys RP you use quotes when you are meaning to say something with your character. So like "Zypher, you rotten bastard. I'll get you for what you did to my father" is fine. Get it? Good.
3: Character sheets must be posted with an explanation of what it is your character can do before you start posting. If you are going to add powers/abilities (and don't do this often), you must edit and notify before posting.
4: Any staff member has the complete right to kick anyone out of any RP if they are acting up and do not follow these rules and guidelines. We will give a bit more leniency on RP game masters, but if they go too far, control will be handed over to another member.
RP game masters now have the right to kick. A game master by our in-house definition is the person who created the game and anyone he/she names as a game master. If you are a non-staff member and you are a game master, use your discretion with who you make game master.
Rules as always are subject to change.

| Depends on what you're signing up for. The sheets go in the Sign ups subsection. | |
