Yea the first one, I have it for PS2 is a lot of fun. Didn't like 2 though, don't think I even played the later ones.

Yep. The game has aged incredibly well. Controls are fluid and it's just a lot of fun.

I liked making the custom tracks.

lol I remember I made one track and titled it "4 corners", it was basically a track that was build on the outer edge of the map and circled around the course. Me and my cousin did it on max laps ones. Holy hell it took hours. lol

Usually we just pick a really hilly course and make messed up tracks. I remember another I made where it's hard just to get off the friggen start line. I found the steepest hill possibly and placed the first check point right where my bike flipped over. It was funny, we'd be flipping the bikes over before the race even started. It was like the bike spawns, flips over. lol

If I wanted to mess around I would do 1 of the following:

1: Go to Wilkes Barre and go head hunting (My nickname for going around the course trying to crash all the other ATVs).

2: Go to that Canyon place and go off the longest jumps doing all sorts of tricks and trying to crash as well.

Jak and Daxter HD looks nice. Not a dramatic upgrade, I've seen better PS3 graphics upgrades. Everything feels normal, although I ran into one glitch I never ran into before which was minor. Btw, the trophies in this game are just flying at me. Only maybe 4 hours into the game and I'm over 50% with trophy completion just playing the game normally, not even going for trophies.

Jak II is fun, but it doesn't feel like Jak and Daxter as all, atmospherically speaking. Especially with the guns.

Damn. I've gotta get caught up on Plats. Haven't played a lot on my PS3. And it doesn't help that my small library of games require ridiculous amounts of time and energy to acquire them.

Mostly I've stuck to my handhelds. Playing Dragon Quest IX.

I have 20+ PS3 games and still has no plats, I don't even have that many gold.

It's just, if I get I gets it, if I don't I don't. I'm not going out of my way for a virtual PSN trophy. lol

Right now I have a few potential plats that I think I'll eventually get. UMvC3, Sly 4, L.A Noire and Jak 1. That would give me 12 plats if I get them all XD.

Beat AC Brotherhood. Good game, but the story wasn't great and the ending was ass. Going to play Revelations soon.

Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga

Playing this blind, getting every item I can find a way to in each area and currently on my way to finding Mick the Slug. Great game, insanely addicting but I think the difficulty curve is a little steep.

Vanguards? loleasy
Maribel? Jumps way up, Bat was a bitch

Now in Solids (of course) and the difficulty in random battles had a crazy spike. I find myself using items and healing spells all the time outside of battle, and I'm running out of items that heal MP. Serph is level 17, Heat level 16, Argilla level 17. Still don't have other party members available which is kind of annoying but I can work around it.

The other thing I noticed is how broken the Atma are. I see no reason to stay in human form (or even change to it) in battle, other than the rare situation where I got ambushed by a ton of enemies and need to do a Fire Shot, Ice Shot or Earth Shot. Another thing I can work around so it doesn't really matter.

Tried Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07 again for the first time in years and the game is total crap. The game has no consistency at all and just does whatever it wants. I swear the only truly solid Golf game I've ever played is Swing Away Golf for PS2.

I want to strangle the game developers for Jak II. The driving controls are complete ass, the story is uninteresting, the locations are depressing, the music isn't very good and they completely destroyed the magic of the original Jak and Daxter.

Unless there were different people in charge of this game, it eludes me how they can screw up a game this much after getting the original so down pat.

Thankfully I hear Jak III is way better.

Jak 3 is vastly superior. You'll love it. The story is easily the best part of the game, I must say. Be prepared for jaw-dropping twists.

Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour is a very solid golf game if you can get past the gimmicks in half the courses.

I got Dolphin Emulator to work on my Windows 7 partition of my Mac. I lost my Sonic Heroes disc somehow so I decided to play it on Dolphin to try it out. I'm able to use my PS3 controller on it which is kinda weird at first but ultimately awesome.

Finished Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga last night. Was disappointed at how easy the final boss was.

Started Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga 2 today. For some reason I'm glad the starting party doesn't include Heat. Probably because I didn't use Gale and Cielo a lot in DDS.

I think I've realized why I can never tell the difference between a Fallout game or an Elder Scrolls game. When they spend more than half of their time frozen, they tend to look like the same thing.

Been playing a lot of Test Drive Unlimited 2 as of late. Fuck the map is massive on this. I've got over 2000 miles clocked on my mustang and I still have roads to unlock and hidden wrecks/stores to find. I've only done 4 or 5 tournaments yet, and there are a lot of those to do.

Good thing this games on PS3. If there is a 360 version, it has to be multiple disc. lol
