Which sport rightfully lays claim to the name.

Personally I feel that European football should be known universely as football due to the fact that a: it came first; and b: you use your feet more in it than in any of the others.
I can understand Aussie Rules and Gaelic football being called football, but I question the logic in calling a sport, in which the ball barely touches the feet, football.
