I liked Gambit the best in the old days and in MvC2 since my team was Ryu/Gambit/Commando. Well now it's Ryu/Deadpool/Dante which could easily change if Gambit comes in.

Well I liked my Akuma/Ken/Ryu team but splitting them up I used to go Akuma/Cap/either Ken, Commando, Ryu, Gambit, Strider or Cyclops. And I suppose I used a lot of dudes. I like my Akuma/Dante/Zero time though in MvC3. The synergy in this game is unreal compared to MvC2.

If Gambit and Commando make it in, I'm going to kick your ass pretty bad, man. You know it.

I'll admit, you had me in MvC2, but not this game. You can get Gambit and Commando but it won't change a thing. Dante is probably a better alternative to Gambit anyway. You're better off if you get Commando and get a Ryu/Dante/Commando team going. If I got Ken, I might replace Akuma depending on how he played. I was better with Akuma in MvC2 but you never know.

That may be true, considering Strider is also very heavily implied right now. By far the most confirmed out of the 8 mysteries.

It's about time Nemesis and Frank West made it into the game... Still no Megaman? Really? He's been with Capcom for over 20 years!

Nemesis was kinda iffy for me. There's already 3 RE characters in.

Yeah, so I heard.
And I realized something. If they're going to release Ultimate MVC3, why not give it to the people who bought the original for free? Especially the people who reserved the damn game and got disappointed with the crappy comic and 2 downloadable characters that you had to wait another month in order to receive them?

Because it's all about the money. It's going to be $40. So basically all in all the game was $100-110 and I'm not sure they're still giving us everything.

Ugh -.- I bought the special edition of the game and i'm not all that mad (lolololololol) Let me see here $5 per dlc character. There are 12 new characters sooooooo that would equal out to $60 and all the other features we are geting would probably add up more money too BUT we are only paying $40........sounds good to me. I just really REALLY wish i didn't hear people bitch about this left and right.

Well the point is that back in the old days when you bought a game, you got the whole game. Now you buy a game and they leave half of the game out for you to buy later even though you still pay full price for half of a game. There's a shot the ever so infamous story mode will be on here too. I'll probably end up trading in MvC3 or something for some decent discount on UMvC3.

What does that have to do with anything? I don't mind dishing out 40 more for this but obviously it has to do with money why they charge all the extra.

Because you act like they never did this back in the day when they clearly did. I of course would've rather had these characters day one but if they weren't finished they weren't finished and buying them all as dlc would cost more I see it more as a good thing. They're not chargeing extra your geting more for less honeycakes.

They're not options unfortunately. They're only allowing Strider, Firebrand, Hawkeye and Ghost Rider.
