koga has jewel shards in arms and legs who wins it

Kurama wins. Koga may be fast, but Kurama by the end of YYH with Yoko transformation is like almost Hiei's speed which is faster than Koga. Goraishi is powerful, but again, most YYH characters beat InuYasha chars IMO other than Sesshomaru.

I mean like the strongest like Yomi, Yusuke, Hiei, Kurama, the new king, etc.

I don't think Inuyasha or Koga are quite fast enough. One of his plants attached to either of them and they're dead.

Due to his knowledge, strength, and the ability to transform into Yoko Kurama, I think Kurama beats Koga. I also think Inuyasha's Tetsusaiga would be a problem for Yusuke. Especially Inuyasha at the end of the series (The Final Act). Yusuke was incredibly powerful too at the end of YYH, but like I said, I think Inuyasha's Tetsusaiga would cause him a lot of problems. Sesshomaru would defiantly beat all the YYH characters. No question.
