God -Real or Fake

One of the most controversial discussing in the world is that if god is real or not. Now I'm going to say this not, I am not plagiarist to ANY religion or Scientology.

So what is the answer? I say yes and no. Why? Because no one knows if he was was fake or real

"God is a fake lifeform!!!" "Ok, were you there when they say he was alive? No? well then how do you know he's fake?"

Same goes to the people who do believe

"God is REAL!!" Were you there thousands of years ago that he's real?" "Uh....."

See, we don't know the answer to this riddle. Some believe him, some don't. So I live people to discuss if he's real or not.

This is a really bad debate topic because everyone likes to bring in their own religion (or lack thereof) into the fray and that is not pretty. I'm thinking of closing solely for that.

Well that's mostly true, but as long people don't go to fucking crazy with it, then I let it be.

Well I'll say that I believe him to be real. I could do an entire lecture on it, but I'll just bring up a couple points.

How is it that the moon and the sun are just the right distance from the earth where if either pieces of mass were any farther or closer, the earth would be in complete ruin? How can we have such complex cells that we can't even fully comprehend with all the technology we have now? How do we have an inner moral code and common sense?

One big question above all is how did humans and other creatures have all the necessary tools to survive? What are the chances that something was randomly spawned onto a randomly spawned environment and could survive? As an example, a man is given a locked safe that requires a 7 digit code with numbers from 1-10. He has no hints or any kind of knowledge of any numbers on the safe. What are the chances that he will get the right code the first time?

This leads me to believe that someone had to design everything. The universe is too big and too complex for it to all been chance in my opinion.

I'm also on the side for God. I've studied both sides in high school, and personally, I can't make any sense out of any atheist or Darwinist beliefs. I can't see something being created from an explosion, a destructive force. I do not see how it is possible that we evolved from anything, because I believe that negates our unique nature as humans. And I refuse to believe my life happened by pure chance.

I don't hate anyone who believes otherwise. My cousin is an atheist, and we have deep and civil discussions about this topic. And he's probably the person I am closest too.

So there you go, my two cents.

I believe God is real. No way possible human life just so happens to be on a planet that has everything we need. Like Strider said, what's the chance of everything being shot out and in JUST the right spot? Unless we are some EXTREMELY and I mean EXTREMELY lucky folks, I believe there is someone who perfectly designed this universe for humans. (And animals too)

Who cares.

I support Strider's opinion that God is real. My own Religion is Christianity, but I don't even need my own religion to support the existence of God. Everything is created perfectly, how can evolution give us everything we need to survive?

Anyway I don't want to repeat what Strider has said, but I guess I'll go to say I think The Abrahamic Religions are the closest to what God is. One they have the largest followers, not to mention religions like Greek Mythology don't make sense. Because according to the mythology the Greek Gods were highly active and messing with mortals, why did they just stop? Divine Cancer or something?

So yea I think the abrahamic religions got it right, but my own is Christianity.

I'm pretty sure not many people believe in Greek Myth anymore.

Stride I know just using Greek Myths as an example or any religion where the Gods are supposly of doing all that stuff with mortals.
