I need an anime to watch.

So yea, I am not so big in the anime department. I don't hate it, but anime seems to be more of an afterthought. So I decide to ask the anime "experts" here to give me some animes to watch.

Before I let you guys list name, I don't want the long and famous ones (Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, etc, etc.) I want some ones that are more not in the minds of most "anime" fans. That don't have to be super obscure, but not notice enough. Also keep around a 20-100 episode range. I don't want to watch anime over 700 damn episodes. Also tried not to give me ones with nudity or over fan service.

I also don't mind subs, so if they are only in Japanese, I'll watch it.

Watch Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Preferably in English.

Oh yea, TTGL. Why the English version? Is the Japanese dub bad or does it not matter?

They're both good, but the English is better.

Fullmetal Alchemist or Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is also something you should look into if you haven't before.

I said that I want less famous animes. TTGL works since from my perspective, not many talk about it. FMA, every animu fan talks about like it's a holy prize. I viewed the anime as ok. I didn't like it too much. But thanks for the suggestion.
