Rules.

1. As of now this is set 100 years after the current events in Marvel, so many of the Marvel cannons if not most should be dead, and I can devise a way of death for most of them.
2. No Character Limit as of now.
3. Your Character can be human, mutant, a Daily Planet reporter whatever.
4. No knowledge of Marvel is needed to join.
5. As of now powers are first come, first serve.
6. Have Fun.

The Avengers, X Men, Spiderman, The Incredible Hulk, Fantastic Four, and a variety of other characters make up the wonderful Marvel universe filled with superheroes, and supervillians. However the age of marvel is over..over time people grew to despise the Heroes, and believed them a threat there safety. At first it started out as an outbreak of protests, but eventually the Governments took action to please the people to eliminate the Superheroes. The Civil War Broke out between Superheroes over the Superhero Registration Bill. Norman Osborn, and many others took advantage over the situation, and many lives were lost many heroes, and villains alike died. Over time the age of superheroes faded away like every other fad before it such as pirates, ninjas

However..the age of marvel would not end forever..over 100 years have passed since those horrid events since..the end of the age of superheroes..but there is something that has not been silenced. The X Gene, during the chaos Hope Summers was murdered however the mutant race was not eliminated. Pushed to the brink over the last hundred years..the X Gene has spread amongst humanity once more, causing for a rise in mutants, and now a new age begins..hopefully this generation can succeed where the previous generation has failed.

(Yea sorry, HP had been stopped so long, I figure this would just be much easier then trying to pick up the other plot, and switch it from Heroes to XMEN.)

*A young women was setting in her apartment, watching TV as it seemed she was waiting for someone to arrive.*

Women: Damnit... where is he? Can't he be on time just once?

"Adam roamed the streets of New York alone wearing all white clothing stolen of course robbing a clothing store, he wished he had a gun, all he had was Amber's pocket knife, he felt bad whta if she needed it."

Adam: 2 years in prison...damn it sis! I need you, mom and dad left me what am I suppose to do now.

"Adam had no home, no money for apartment complex, stealing clothes and food were one thing robbing a national bank, he thought about drugs but Amber had begged him not to return to that life style, and he had agreed for now. He hated into his 'home' a corner of the street, and rested against the wall sighing."

Adam: Another night..no food no nothing.

*As she waited, there was suddenly a knock on the door, a guy calling out.*

Guy: Hey, Sandra! Come on already, I thought you was waiting. Move your ass.
Sandra: Your late!! *sigh* Alright smart ass, I'm coming.

*Sandra gets up from the couch, heading outside her apartment.*

Sandra: Where was you.
Guy: Traffic.
Sandra: We have to hurry to catch the movie.

"Sindus was sitting down in his living room he'd just had dinner with his family, and now he was sitting down drinking an alcoholic beverage over the years he'd become somewhat of an alcoholic. He got a call."

Sindus: Hello who is this?
???: Sindus it's me Liam we have a problem?
Sindus: What is it, the election is going good with the mutant population starting to rise well things are looking up and.
Liam: Not that..it's that mutant who's against you, well he took out one of your casino's by himself, took out authorities, security, the strippers, even the bartender he's a powerful mutant.
Sindus: damn...well..this should only support my campaign, I do not mean to sound cold hearted but everything that will help me win the election everything that helps and can be used I will use to my advantage. In the mean time try to find out what his exact abilities are, try and access the security footage something.
Liam: Alright then Mr. Senator, I'll get the job down.

"Liam hung up, and Sindus grabbed the remote flipping the Flatscreen to CNN looking at the news mutants were rising again. He saw the headline. Violence in Mutant Town, New York."

Sindus: Heh..those guys Humanity Now..my type of guys putting mutants in there place..

"A man stood leaning against a wall watching the news inside of a vienna beef with torn blue jeans, a black t shirt, and a grey jacket covering it, he was eating his hot dog."

???L It' what the bastard deserves anyway..mess with me..my family mutants..I'll fuck you up. Nobody messes with Kano Gartland and get away with it.

"Minutes later after Kano finished up his food he headed out of the vienna beef to his vehicle."

*Sandra and the guy was seen shortly after... stuck in traffic.*

Sandra: Damn... we're going to miss the movie isn't we?
Guy: You see, I told you it was heavy traffic.
Sandra: *sigh* It's already started anyway... just want to go get something to eat Bryan.
Bryan: Still can't do that till we get out of this jam.
Sandra: ... this was not the night I had in mind.

*At the outer limits of the city, a man is seen entering, he seems to be well familiar of the city.*

...: Back here again. I wonder if copy cat is still around. *grin*

"Adam's hunger had gotten the better of him, he'd went out to find a wing joint he'd get some chicken and run, hopefully he'd evade arrest most times it was similar to running from taxi's so use to it they didn't care. Not paying attention he bumped into a man who was scared, and suddenly angry."

Man: YOU BASTARD YOU
Adam: HEY what the Im sorry I
Man: Gah
Adam: I said Im sorry!

"As Adam said that he realized he felt heavier, cars slowed down pushed into the cement, he realized people fell to the ground he was increasing gravity Adam was in shock he was manipulating gravity, focusing to stop the man suddenly used his own power to stop the increased gravity, grabbing him."

Man: The hell you have power like me?!
Adam: No..Like Im a copy cat I'm/

"But panic had arose with gravity restored people were running from the area, the man grabbed Adam."

Man: The name's Claude your coming with me
Adam :But
Claude: Come on! Before the cops get here, racist bastards they are.

"Claude grabbed Adam, and they rushed off into an ally."

*Bryan's car was heavily crushed by the gravity. Sandra had gotten her door open, helping Bryan out.*

Sandra: What the hell...
Bryan: Damn... my Mustang...
Sandra: Your alive aren't you.
Bryan: But at what cost... at what cost...
Sandra: Oh stop will you.
Bryan: Alright...

*Meanwhile at a small store a man is eating chips, throwing the bags on the floor. The owner approaches.*

Owner: You need to pay for all that.
Man: Oh really?

*He looks around and grins. Seconds later the store burst into flames.*

"Claude had taken Adam to a roof top, Adam looked at him, Claude pointed towards a hole in the wall, and they entered an abandoned apartment complex, and Claude sat down on a torn couch."

Adam :So this is your crib..look man..I..um..nice to meet another mutants and all but..
Claude: Oh shut up I know what your thinking
Adam: You read minds?!
Claude: no dumb ass it's an expression. I'm not no rapist. I am terrorist by accident tho, you've explained your a copy cat, well that means you have my dangerous ass power, and so to prevent you from being a terrorist I'm going to teach you how to control it.
Adam: But..It's not how I work I can do what I see people doing with theres, but I have to be inthere area.
Claude: well you might run into another mutant like me, do you want to learn how to use a power or do you want to be a little bitch, and wait for Stone to smash your face in.
Adam: D..damn it. I'm never telling strangers about my life anymore.
Claude: Alright go find another mutant who gives a damn, I'm not Xavier or Magneto but I'm trying to help you, you don't know what these powers can do..trust me..
Adam:I...alright I'll learn at least the basics, but before I ran into you, I just want some food.

"Sindus had left back to his office he'd dropped by home for an enjoyable dinner with his family with Haley, and Savannah he sighed seeing the state the world was in, as he returned to office Liam shook his hands."

Liam: Alright glad your back that mutant arsonist just burned down a store, police were sent he's gone, we believe he may be connected to the man who eliminated the casino.
Sindus: Really so he's bat shit insane, he's not just against me.
Liam: Perhaps they may be two different mutants, my connections say the files about Mutants are out of there reach, only people in the highest authority of U.N, and SHIELD could access them.
Sindus: I worked pretty high up, never got too many files about mutants, rumor is many were deleted probably by that terrorist Tony Stark.
Liam: hmm perhaps, I have no idea but don't go around saying stuff about Stark, his great grandson Aaron still runs Stark Enterprise.

*Sandra and Bryan was walking home, they decided this day just wasn't going to work out. Against Sandra's preference Bryan insisted on taking a shortcut. Along route they pass by another man who slaps Sandra's ass, causing her to react in surprise and anger.*

Sandra: Asshole.

*The man stops walking, Bryan putting Sandra behind him. A glow seemed to emit from the mans hands, a small flame appearing.*

Bryan: Oh... fuck...
Sandra: You HAD to insist on a shortcut...
Bryan: Sandra... just... stay back... alright, j-just run alright.

*The man turned facing Bryan, fire in his hands.*

Man: Neither of you are getting out of here. *grin*

"The man from earlier has went to his vehicle, and is cruising through New York he'd just drove down from Vegas where he demolished one of Sindus's casino's the man had hurt in his eyes stopping at the red light he generated fire in his hands before letting it flicker away, and resume driving as the light went green."

Kano: Damn it..the bastard will suffer..I'll take everything from him, I'll make him pay he destroyed my life..my house my friends my family..and I'll do the same to him that's my mission in life.

"With that he arrived at heading his apartment, making his way inside, he plopped down on the couch, and flipped on the TV"

*The man walked towards Sandra and Bryan, Bryan seen the mans killer intent, urging Sandra to run until she finally did.*

Bryan: I'll hold him off long as I can... run to safety Sandra, get near people, a public place.

*Bryan had never actual met a mutant before, he thought they was just rumor, a fairy tale told to kids and seen on cartoons. He gulped, obviously nerves.*

Bryan: Alright fire man... b-bring it...
Man: Troy.
Bryan: Huh?
Troy: Remember the man who is about to kill you.

*Seconds later we switch to Sandra, she took Bryan's advice and ran, stopping when she hears his cry of pain.*

Sandra: Ah... Bryan...

"Adam is seen gaining some control over the control of Gravity at least increasing and decreasing trying to focus it."

Adam: So your a terrorist why?
Claude: When my power first manifested I was a teenager, mad at my parents they were crazy stalking me, I manifested my power damaged our home I was shocked realized I was a mutant hid my powers tried to gain control managed to gain some basic control, but later I dealt with a bully opened a Gravitational Vacuum absorbed the bully. The Police investigated, and it went downhill I felt bad but I didn't care I finished school and married my high school sweet heart started a family, and tried to start up my own store. I eventually lost control during a fight with my wife..and..I..I killed her wiped out the half of the mall my store was set up in.

"Claude almost broke into tears, Adam wanted to tell him to stop the story, but Claude regained his composure and continued the story."

Adam: You don't have to finish and
Claude: No point now. Anyway SHIELD Arrested me, I was scared imprisoned I met another mutant there nicknamed Titan he could control his muscle's, he was involved in numerous underground fighting rings, and even a former wrestler point was he helped me gain control ,and we lead an escape I've been living in NYC stealing to survive, and watching over my daughter she's never been the same, and THIS is why you need to learn to control your damn powers.
Adam: Well..I always thought my life was shitty, I mean I guess it is but..I won't complain I want to learn. I know what I want to do with these powers. I'm going to bust you out Amber just wait.
Claude: Alright then let's get training.

*Sandra arrived back at the area, she was shocked and scared to see Bryan on the ground, server burns, his clothing no more then burnt tattered remains*

Sandra: B-Bryan...
Troy: Foolish man. We are on a completely different league then you shits.

*He turns to Sandra, grinning he dashes toward her, his fist engulfed in flames he punches Sandra in the face, knocking her down, leaving a burn mark on her cheek.*

Troy: Look who decided to be brave and come back.

*Hurt from the strike, Sandra was panicked, as she stood Troy quickly caught her in a headlock. Sandra's attempts to escape was futile, Troy was physically much stronger. Unable to breath, on the verge of passing out, Sandra cried out in desperation as a invisible force struck Troy knocking him back a little. Sandra feel to the ground, gasping for air, trying to figure out how she wasn't dead.*

"Meanwhile, a man (See description) is seen at a bar with many shot glasses used. He walks outside it onto the streets to see another generic looking man standing in front of him."

Generic Man: Rai Zi, you owe me ten thousand.
Rai: And?
Generic Man: You think you can just get away with it?
Rai: Yeah. You going to say otherwise?
Generic Man: Yeah, I am!

The man goes to move but Rai puts two fingers up and dirt bursts out of the ground and hardens around the man. He is completely restricted except to his neck.

Generic Man: What the...! I can't move!
Rai: Thanks for stating the obvious, dumb ass. I know you can't move.
Generic Man: What are you going to do?
Rai: Nothing. I'll watch you for a while.
Generic Man: You can't be serious.

"Two hours later"

Generic Man: Ugh! Get me out of this thing!
Rai: It's getting a bit boring. You might not be able to walk for a bit. Just saying.

Rai pushes his fingers forward and the shell breaks instantly and reverts back to dirt. Rai walks away.

"Within two hours Adam has gained some basic control over the power, and with Claude robbed some chick fil A from some family, and he's eating some nuggets and sipping on some lemonade finishing up his food and Adam lies back on a torn couch."

Adam: I'll save you Amber.
Claude: well your grasping the basics maybe one more day, and your free to go from Claude's training services.
Adam: Haha alright truth is Mr. Claude, I don't know where to go. You know I just roam around trying to survive.
Claude: It's hard for us mutant to survive.
Adam: Well..maybe..but I do have a goal I'll work towards it but I have another goal I'll help mutants like us who loose control, who have no hope somehow.

"Adam and Claude fell asleep on pieces of furniture, and a man was watching through some binoculars contacting the SHIELD Hellicarrier in his area, calling for SHIELD assistance."

Agent: Claude..your time is up. "Grins"

*Sandra is running through the dark ally ways scared, she assumed Bryan was dead, their was a insane fire man trying to kill her, and she still wasn't sure how she ever got free of his grasps. As she ran around a corner, she bumped into another man and was knocked down. We see this man was Stone.*

Stone: Watch it you stupid bitch.

*Sandra got back to her feet panicked, begging Stone to help her. Stone shrugged in annoyance, he pushed Sandra making her stumble back*

Stone: Get out of here. You think I give a shit if you die.
Sandra: No please, you have to...

*Her sentence was cut short as a blast of fire consumed Stone.*

Sandra: He... he caught us...

*The fire ball fades revealing Stone, now appearing to be completely metal. Sandra is in shock as Stone turns towards Troy.*

Stone: So your the man who controls fire.
Troy: Move it metal man, this girl is mine. *grin*
Stone: I would, but you see, you just hit me with a fireball. That shit doesn't fly.
Troy: So it's a fight you want. So be it.

"With Claude, and Adam SHIELD had burst in guns blazing, tasers, armed Adma and Claude were not ready, using there gravity powers they took down some agents and split up, Claude sent out a gravity wave as he was being tasered."

Adam :Claude hey I
Claude: GO!

"As Agents burst in Claude using a Wave of Gravity pushing him out the building SHIELD had converged aroudn the building ADam focused on Claude gaining control over gravity, managiung to land away frmo sHIELD forces looking back at the building."

Adam: Damn..it Claude!

*A flurry of fire blasts are seen filling the dull back ally's, Stone is running through each blast and grabs Troy by the neck, throwing him back into a wall. Troy recovers and fires more blasts of fire, Stone again charging forward unharmed.*

Stone: Your gonna get your ass kicked.

*Troy avoids Stone, just constantly blasting away at Stone with fire. Sandra takes the battle as a chance to run, Troy notices the escape attempt and gives her a quick fire ball to the back, causing her to scream out as she's burned. Police are seen approaching, called by bystanders either hearing or getting a glimpse of things from the main streets. A large fire blast causes the car to explode, the police burning to death. As Troy continues to evade and blast Stone, we see Stone getting hot. Blasting a fire hydrant, a spray of water quickly cools Stone. Troy picks up a piece of metal pipe, and bashes Stone in the head. Stones now brittle coating chips away, Troy gives Stone another hard smack in the same place, knocking Stone out.

With Stone out, Troy turns to Sandra, who's in immense pain, her back heavily burned by Troy's attack. Troy go's over and kneels down by her, grabbing her hair and lifting her head up.*

Troy: Now girl, this is why you don't mouth off to strangers.

*Using his free hand, he creates a fire ball, small, but with intention of blasting Sandra in the face, it didn't need to be big.*

"Kano had walked into an expensive mansion, one of Sakyo's numerous safe houses, he ran the Black Club, an underground fighting ring dealing with mutants, Kano looked at Sakyo, he'd been invited after his activities against Sakyo, he'd avoided him but he didn't want to be one of his enemies, Sakyo motioned for him to sit, and Kano did so on his couches, Sakyo was sipping some champagne, and had some brought to Kano."

Sakyo: Hello Mr..Gartland how are you today.
Kano: i'm fine..look I came cuz I know who you are, hell most mutants on the streets do I have no money alright, I got power yea but I don't want to spend the rest of my life in an underground fighting ring?
Sakyo: Then what's your plan? Eventually the Government will react to the kind of crimes mutant criminals can perform, and you'll be running to me for protection.
Kano: "Sighs" Look I have something I want to take care of, but if I get money who do..
Sakyo: Hmm..alright a man named Titan, he's a muscule manipulator Mykonietic but your elemental powers give you distance, I'll put some money down for you Kano, and here take this.

"Sakyo tosses Kano a wallet, inside is plenty of 100 dollar bills, a key to a mercadies, and to an apartment Kano hides a grin and heads outside to the mercadies getting in, he shoots a fire blast at his old car destroying it, while driving away, turning on the radio he heard a speech from Sindus about how Mutants were a growing threat."

Kano: Bastard.

"Back with Sakyo he finished his drink, and pulled out his phone and called Rai Zi."
..............
"Adam had left he'd gotten some information about Claude about the mutant underground to finish his training he'd seek out Titan one of Kano's old friends."

Adam: Alright damn I lost my gravity powers, but Titan sounds like a strong ass mother fucker maybe he can help me.

"Adam keeps going he wanted Claude, with that type of power he could free Amber, he'd hotwired a car, and was heading toward Titan's apartment, he wondered how powerful this Sakyo character was."

"As a fire blast neared Sandra she vanished into thin air, and so did BRyan both reappearing in a hospital, back with Troy as police moved in, a man reappeared and leaped forward punching Troy, vanished reappearing kicking him in the back, teleporting and beating down Troy before he could respond kicking him and teleporting away, as police came, the man was only covering his face with a hoodie."

Cop: The hell...mutants on mutnat
cop 2: That's blink! He's the vigilante fighting mutant cirminals he's, hey man can I get your autograph..Hey

"The Man teleported away to the hospital he brought Sandra, and Bryan to the paramedics had rushed them away, he pulled the hoodie down, and sighed."

???: Well..good job Dave saved more lives. But..Amora isn't coming back. That Lying ass Painter.

"Rai's phone begins to ring. He takes it out and answers it."

Rai: What is it?

"Sakyo leaned back into his chair glad when Rai answered his phone ha had some work for Rai."

Sakyo: Rai..hello I need your assistance, you remember Claude, the one who tried the gravity manipulator who tried to take me out, he has a pupil, and I think he's going to Titan's place, can you intercept him please sir? I'll be sure to deliver you 20,000 dollars. Don't kill him though Claude may be gathering allies.

"A smile comes to Rai's face as he leans against a nearby wall outside."

Rai: Interesting. That'll pay off my bills for months, leaving my investment to grow. Sweet. I need name, age, height, weight, description.

"Sakyo observed a painting he had, he had paintings all across the room, all of real people and events yet to come, he looked at a picture of Adam, and Claude sitting together using there gravity powers on some rubble."

Sakyo: Alright..from the picture he appears to be Caucasian. brownish hair, and height and weight I cannot tell. Here's what he should be wearing around now.

"Sakyo describes Adam as best he can."

Sakyo: I believe he can manipulate Gravity, or some form of moving physical objects without physical contact. Anyway like I said harm him best you can, bring him the safe house.

"Adam kept driving he wondered if Claude would rat him about, but he said SHIELD had ways to force information about him, he knew SHIELD was an international agency."

Adam: Damn..well..I just gotta keep going, just ten more minutes I should be at the apartment.

*Troy pushed himself up, he realized this teleporter could be trouble. The cops came over, grabbing both Troy's arms and lifting him to his feet. As they did they was both blasted with fire, going up in flames and burning to death.*

Troy: Thanks for the car pigs.

*He made his way to the ideal police car, the keys was still in it. He got in, and drove away from the scene.*

*Some hours later, a doctor came out to see Dave who was waiting.*

Doctor: You must be the one who brought in the two burn victims.

*Dave nodded.*

Doctor: The girl suffered burns mainly to her back, they where pretty bad, however she should recover. The male, is in critical condition. It's hard to tell if he's going to pull through or not.
