Bio: Sarah was lucky enough to be born into the family of Adam West (also known as Mayor Adam West or Adam We). Sarah was born with blonde hair and kept in brushed down. When Sarah was 6, her sister Maria was born. Sarah was always extremely talented when it came to understanding foreign languages and the general area of music and kept practicing singing and playing guitar. However, when she was just ending high school and 18 years old S.H.I.E.D found out that she had powers. They tried to capture her but Mayor Adam West and Serena, her mother, sacrificed themselves and their status to save her by holding off the S.H.I.E.D agents long enough for Sarah to escape with Maria. Adam and Serena were taken in as prisoners in the process. In order to avoid being detected, Sarah came up with the fake name Jessica Kanowski and changed her sister's last name to Kanowski. Sarah also changed her clothes and dyed her hair reddish-orange (basically matching the picture). Sarah, now known as Jessica Kanowski and Maria moved into an apartment and kept low profiles as Jessica joined a band to make money while Maria still attends school. After Jessica got to know her band members and closest friends (including Sui Cune and Ty Cune) for a while, she revealed her true identity to be Sarah West but told them to not let anybody know.

Bio: Not much is known about Erona's past life. He keeps it in the dark from everyone. What we do know, is that he became a stock trader and investor at the age of 18. Using his Sharingan, he was able to read every move his opponents were taking in the investing route and outdid them all. He soon became one of the top richest people. He now invests and trades, making more and more money. At one point, his taxes were being audited by Rai Zi and thus he hates him. And at one point Raih Kou messed up his electrical wiring by accident, so he hates him as well.

So Raki was born like any normal human being. After he was adopted. He decide to talk to William about the mutants and how he wants to be one of them. William rejected but decide to train him about how to hypnotize people. He tells him about how he learned it from Giga, a hypnotist who told him about how to manipulate people. He also warn not to use it too often or you'll turn into a brainless vegetable. William use this to get him where he is today. So he teaches him about the power (Which is top secret) That's how he learned Hypnotizing people.

The flying part was easy, he just gave him a medicine used for military use for people to fly. It's top secret and it's only used by Government officials. He bought the medicine for 8 billion dollars and injected him with it, giving him infinite flight, no side-effect at all. The flying medicine is called SFP.

Powers:
Gravitational/Dimensional portals - Joe is a mutant with the ability to open up portals at will to quickly transport himself or objects from one area to another in an instant. The portals seem to be gravitational in nature, meaning their absorb anything that comes close to them, similar to a black hole. However, they also seem to store that matter in a pocket dimension, and said matter can not remain there for long.

The drawback however is the portals true nature, which is more or less a transfer system. Joe can not stay in a portal longer then a few seconds before coming out the exit portal. If he can get a opponent in with him though, he can cause damage within the few seconds.

The portals make Joe a unpredictable fighter where as once he vanishes, you have no idea where an attack is coming from until Joe reappears. You also never know what to expect, he could go in unharmed and come out with weapons.
The most dangerous thing however is that Joe can use these portals to absorb his opponents attacks and launch them back at the opponent from any direction.

Joe has seemed to master these portals, able to open and close them without effort.

Hmm I expected some issue with this would show, which is why I asked Chu if more then one character could shear a power. He knew these 2 because they came from their HU counter parts and I know water was in use. He told me to go ahead with them and so I did. I figured if anything needed questing, you guys would post, which you did.

Yeah. The way I see it, if it's something minor like Telepathy or Flying or Levitation it should be fine but if we end up with 3+ characters with control over water, sonic scream, control over electricity, etc it will just get insane.

Hmm, if it would suit better, I could work Jin with just electrical powers. Shouldn't have no trouble building their rivalry all the same.
