I own Iron Man 1 & 2. Never seen Thor or Captain America. I seen a hulk movie, dunno if it's the same one. I think there was a couple out. I don't really remember anything about it, but I'm fairly sure I didn't care for it. The 2003 Hulk movie sucked but the 08 one was good. I guess I seen the 2003 one.

| Re-watched Hulk again. I'm so hyped up for the Avengers right now. I still have Cap and Thor to rewatch hopefully. | |

| Unfortunately, I won't be able to see the film tonight. I will be seeing it tomorrow night though.
Re-watched Thor today. Really was a great movie. Tomorrow is Captain America shortly before I go see the Avengers seeing as it's literally directly after Captain America from what I've seen.

| HOLY FUCKING SHIT! This was easily one of the greatest things I have ever laid eyes on. NO DOUBT the best superhero film of all time. Beats anything Marvel or DC have ever put out as a film.
I don't think I had a single problem with the movie.

| What a fantastic movie. I'm still in shock and awe from how good that was. I'm definitely going to see that again on my birthday which is right around the corner. | |

Called it in July. Also this will be movie of the year most likely in my books. As good as the Dark Knight Rises might be, I don't think it will beat this.

| Now that I've had a night to sleep on this movie, I'll give it a little better analysis. It won't be entirely spoiler free, but for the most part it will be. - Spoiler:
The story was well written. It had a nice logical flow of events to it that made a good plot. The writing was amazing. They did an incredible job of keeping the serious moments serious and badass and then turning them into hilarity. The humor was brilliant in the movie. The humor was enough by itself to be called a comedy, but it was perfectly integrated into an action/sci-fi film. The balance was just right to be a serious action film but with a great amount of humor.
The characters were just incredible. The main four, Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk and Thor were all amazing. The screen time was well balanced between the four of them and their powers as well. They clearly implied that Thor was the most powerful of them, and rightfully so. Of all four, they dumbed down his powers the most, also rightfully so. The brief fight between Hulk and Thor was fairly even, although Thor got the more hits in and never used his Lightning powers. They buffed Cap and Iron Man enough to stand up to Thor as well at least, which was awesome.
Black Widow and Hawkeye were also awesome. These two aren't nearly as powerful as the main four, but they kicked a lot of ass. Whedon really did an excellent job incorporating these two characters. I'm glad that Hawkeye got the exposure in this film. I've always liked Hawkeye since I first saw him and always thought he was way better of a character than Black Panther, Wasp and Ant Man. It was a good call to leave these three out.
Loki was just as awesome as ever. I love the bit when he talked to Black Widow. That was a classic Loki moment right there.
The humans were great too. Fury and Colston were awesome as ever.
The actors were fantastic for this movie. All six Avengers were perfect for their roles. Mark Ruffalo is the best Hulk yet. My dad also made a good point when we saw it that the Hulk actually resembles Ruffalo which was awesome. The only other person I could see playing Black Widow is Rachel Nichols, but Johanson was perfect. Jeremy Renner surprised me with how well he pulled off Hawkeye. I don't really need to get into Hemsworth, Evans and Downey, do I? They have been fantastic since their respective movies. The rest of the actors were ace.
The score was well done. It felt like a true Marvel score. The thing I would have kinda liked was if they mixed the soundtracks of the five prequels. I like how they integrated one of AC/DC's songs for Iron Man at one point. That was probably the peak of the score.
My impression of seeing the movie tells me very very high budget. Looking on Wiki says 220 Million Dollars. Box office has almost doubled that so far on the first day. Just a fun fact. There was no need for anything less than high budget and they delivered.
Overall, this is one of the best films of all time. My dad and I both agreed this morning after a night to sleep on it that it hands down beats the likes of Dark Knight and any other hero movie from Marvel or DC.
Overall: 10/10
IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THIS MOVIE YOU NEED TO GET A TICKET AND GO SEE IT IMMEDIATELY

Really? D: The only movie I have seen worth seeing in 3D so far has been Avatar. Well, by the time I go see it the crowds would perhaps die down so, I'd just see in 3D anyways.

That really was the best 3D I've ever seen, Avatar. But then again, I DID see it at an IMAX theater. There were some good interactive 3D like Alice in Wonderland. Thor had decent scenery 3D.

First Class was awesome, but not nearly on the same level of greatness as the Avengers.
