If you read the manga the strongest character is Father the most powerful homoculi he can IGNORE Equivalent exchange.
He's a living philospher stone he has complete control of matter.
He can supress everyone's alchemic abilties except Scar and Mei's Xing style Alchemy. | |

| lol, Ryu. On topic, Hoenheim's body has depreciated over time and he's not the same as he was all those years ago. The most powerful characters shown are Ed, Roy, Scar, Kimblee, Dante and Hoenheim. Dante and Hoenheim aren't at their prime and would be defeated by Roy quickly. Kimblee and Ed are both shown to be stronger than Scar and Roy is stronger than Ed.
That said, Kimblee wouldn't get close to Mustang before getting burned to a crisp. | |

When I said Father, I don't mean Hohenheim as in the boy's father. I mean Father as in the original Humunculis. I'm talking about the manga. Mustang is powerful, but Kimblee has a philospher's stone. No he has two, he can turn the ground around Roy into a bomb and kill him.
That being said Father is officially the most powerful. He is capable of ignoring Equivalent Exchange, and therefore has molecular control. He has absorbed Hohenehim, so he's invincible. now. | |

| When I finish brotherhood, I'll judge. So far, Mustang has shown insane amount of skill, especially killing a homunculus like Lust. I've seen as far as the dub which is 26 so don't spoil anything lol. | |
