It was really bad in Enies Lobby. Like when Usopp called out to Robin from like a KM away.

I can't wait to see how they dub Kumadori. I mean, his trademark "Yoyoi!" thing probably won't be in the dub. They might give him something else to say because I'm pretty sure yoyoi doesn't translate into anything particular. Same thing with Fukuro and chapapa.

I thought Fukuro was the most annoying thing in the fucking universe with that chapapa shit.

Yeah, I'm with you there. Although I thought Kumadori nailed the yoyoi thing which was so much better. I laughed my ass off at him at least.

I'm really not a huge fan of giving characters silly things to say in an attempt to make them original. I'd be much happier if most of them were cut. Kumadori's was one of the ones I didn't mind but most of them aggravate me to varying levels and break the immersion.

Exactly. I'm not sure if that is how some Japanese people speak, because there's something similar in Naruto. He has a catch phrase in the Jap version where he ends a lot of his sentences in dattebayo or bayo because he speaks too quickly and it's a slip of the tongue or something like that. Either way, It'd be nice if they cut that shit out of Funi's version. Even Kumadori's Yoyoi because it will be even more out of place in the dub.
