Heroes: Rebirth.

Colette makes it back to the warehouse, and walks in through the door.

Colette: I brought Malik to the base. Seto said we did a good job and Malik is finding a room to stay in. Oh yeah, I'm keeping the makeshift collar for if I have to pose as a house pet again.

Jerry: Good work, Colette. Now let's search this area a bit more before changing course.

Chrom walks slowly toward Troy. When he gets in slash distance, he slashes downwards at Troy.

Colette: Thanks, Jerry.

Samantha: Jerry, we should probably head back to the base after checking the rest of this part of town. We won't want to stay out for too long or else Ukir and Xias might find us.

Jerry: There is no guarantee they are out right now. The boss wants as many recruits as possible. Wait...there's something outside.

Jerry goes outside and starts going crazy.

Troy ducks to the side, he then runs in at Chrome and punches him in the face, knocking him back and leaving a slight burn mark.

Troy: I may be new, but I'm not a complete rookie in the combat department. I do think I can learn more, but you catch my drift.

Chrom all of the sudden makes his entire body go metal and spears begin flying out of his body right at Troy.

Colette: Chrom and Troy went to the left side of the city, which leaves the right side for us to check out. I saw them on my way leading Malik to the base.
Samantha: Jerry, do you mind if I go check the left side of the city? I think that Chrom and Troy could use some help.

Troy rapidly increases the heat of the flames, thrusting his arms forward he unleashes a massive blast of fire, resembling a flame thrower much like in the battle with Sylar. The intense heat melts the spears, and Troy gets a change to look at Crome's new form.

Troy: That's... impressive.

Chrom: Yes, Aluminum does not burn and thus I changed forms. That is enough for now. You have a good control over your power, but know that I was holding back severely. Now let's go find some mutants.

Jerry ignores Samantha and keeps staring at the sky.

Jerry: It's a full rainbow! It's a double rainbow!

Samantha just sighs and walks up to Jerry. Samantha waves her hand in front of Jerry's face.

Samantha: Jerry, Earth to Jerry. Snap out of it.

Jerry: Sorry, Sam. Doing this brooklyn accent is making it difficult for me concentrate on mutant finding. Yeah, go help Chrom.

Samantha: Alright. Have fun with Jerry, Colette. I have this feeling that Troy isn't any better off with Chrom. Chrom and Jerry might be just a little crazy.

Colette: We should try to focus on finding mutants. I heard rumors that there is one by the docks at the far side of the right side of the city.

Samantha sprints off to the left side of the city. If what I read up on Chrom is correct, Troy might be in some serious trouble right now. I'll just hope for the best. Good thing this training I did to make up for my power lets me go faster than most normal humans and have more endurance.

Chrom: Let's head out now Troy. I'm sure there are mutants somewhere.

Samantha sees Troy and Chrom getting ready to leave. She then notices some melted metal on the sidewalk.

Samantha: You guys are supposed to be searching for mutants, not fighting!

Chrom: Never leave a new recruit untested. Seto knew it was coming as well. And aren't you suppose to be with Jerry?

Samantha: Jerry gave me permission to come over here to help you because we already found a mutant that happens to have an army. You are lucky I didn't get here earlier. Everybody know you sometimes tend to go too far, even if you are just testing a new recruit.

Chrom: Well he's standing unharmed, isn't he? I held back severely as to not waste energy. My authority is not to be questioned. Report me if you wish. We're wasting time anyway, so follow us if you want.

Samantha: He's lucky to be unharmed. There have been too many times where you have been too reckless when fighting somebody during a test or training. I thought you would be interested in our new recruit but, I guess that you're not interested.

Chrom: You still talking back there? You didn't even see what happened, and you've never even seen me in action. Those reports about me come from false sources. You can ask the boss himself when we get back. Hey, Troy. Maybe you can talk some sense into her. I, for one, am going to follow my orders.

Samantha: In half the time it took you to do your so called test on Troy, we found a mutant to recruit. Just so you know, most of the reports saying how reckless you can get were written by Seto himself.

Samantha runs up to Chrom quickly, and looks him in the eyes.

Samantha: I respect your authority but, when you go against Seto's orders about the mission, I am going to step in. Seto's orders are to search for mutants and avoid Ukir and Xias. If you go starting another fight that isn't vital to recruiting a mutant, I will step in and stop you. Also, it appears that the burn on your face is getting worse. You should let me heal that.

Chrom: Hahaha. HAHAHAHA!

Without saying another word, Chrom keeps on walking while laughing. He picks up a transreceiver.

Chrom: You hearing this, boss?

Samantha: Are you serious, Chrom? You might not realize it right now but, when you made your new form be aluminum, you reflected the heat back to the bone and it's just going to get worse. I've had a lot of experience with it over the past 6 months, we only had aluminum roofs and people that even had the slightest sunburn got much worse in a matter of minutes. I had to heal from sunburns that got down to the bone to burns from people being too close to campfires. Your situation is far worse than any other I've seen, and you are laughing about it.
