Strengths*: Khali has strength and durability greater then any human. He can lift large vehicles like buses over his head and rip many heavy objects like tree's or secured door (unless it's like a bomb shelter door or something lol) from it's foundations. Khali is also resistant to other mutants attacks, and is often quick to recover. (although he can be taken down eventually if consistently worked on, just note that it's hard.)

Weaknesses*: For all of Khali's strength he has some serious drawn backs. One is that most anybody can flee and easily lose him. Despite being so strong, he's a lumbering giant that can't manage very much above a walking pace, making him rather slow. His size and limited mobility also hinders him greatly in close quarters combat. While his massive fist could crush most peoples skulls with one shot, for him catching a smaller, quicker opponent is no easy task. Pair that with his lack of any formal combat training, and most fighters can easily avoid his wild swings and punches. Due to his power being excessive strength and durability, he also has no long range attacks.

Bio: Khali was born in India and lived there till his late 20's. He moved to America where he picked up the sport of wrestling becoming the shows powerhouse monster. When the Government starting going after mutants, he seen his opportunity to secure his future by working with them as well as get a bigger paycheck in the process. This seemed to be a more logical option then fighting against them. From then on he moved from being a TV monster to being a real life monster. And despite him refusing to do certain things, Khali's immense physical strength proved itself to useful for the Government to discard him.

Powers: Self-regeneration, telekinetic-like abilities, including levitation of himself and others, energy waves that drain opponents of energy (does not absorb the energy for himself).

Strengths: No inherent strengths.

Weaknesses: Because he received his powers at an old age, he tends to tire quickly from using them. Also, his regenerative abilities are not nearly as effective as Prince's, in that they take much longer to heal himself.

Bio: As Damian rose to power in the church, he became twisted by his influence. He started seeking what were known as forbidden powers, causing him to be disowned by the church. After he found those powers, he returned and slaughtered those who opposed him. He regained his position in the clergy by coup.

It usually falls more along the lines of characters losing uniqueness than against the rules. But since you're duplicating a power that you already took, it's not as bad. Especially because he's supposed to rival him.

She shows a glimmer of heroism as she's been known to step in at the last minute and aid someone in trouble. However her abandonment issues and short temper gives a overall fairly "cold" feel to her, and if possible, she always leaves the scene before getting spotted.

Skills*: She had learned how to fight. While maybe not the top fighter in the world, she likes to consider herself fairly good.

Weapons*: No particular weapons to speak off, unless you count her mutation as a weapon.

Powers*: Diamond Coating - Tesla can form a thin layer of diamond crusting over her entire body for a very durable defense.

Strengths*: Her body in order to adopt to the increased weight of carrying a diamond coating has got a level of increased strength. While not much to speak of when compared to other super humans, it's enough to make her normally quite nimble and her strikes has a good impact behind them.

Weaknesses*: Her diamond coating offsets Tesla's added bonuses while normal. It sacrifices speed and nimbleness for protection. While her strikes now lose speed, they increase in brute force due to the harder surface (diamond instead of skin and bone) which connects.

Despite her mutation, she can't live under a diamond coating. 2 hours is about as long as she can safely maintain the form. After that point the stresses of said state can put her health at risk. Among these are dehydration or heat stroke (It gets very hot relatively quick in this form. Your body heat has no escape, and the outside elements are blocked by the form itself.)

Bio: Tesla was strongly abused as a child by her father, and abandoned by her mother. She grew up really timid and afraid to get close to anyone. The one time she did start getting close to a boy, she discovered he already had a boyfriend and was just playing her as a fool. When her grandfather died Tesla found her escape as it was discovered that her grandfather had left his entire wealth and fortune to Tesla in his will. Her father immediately tried to muscle his way in on the money calling Tesla "a stupid kid that wouldn't know what to do with the money". Before this could happen through Tesla withdrew all the money and ran away from home with a duffle bag full of cash. She set up a private bank account after getting well away from her father.

While she had some signs of being a mutant early on, she never really grasp control of her powers until her late teen years. When she got the hang of it, she started to find herself helping people once in a while. Maybe something deep inside her didn't want to see others suffering, or maybe it was fear of other peoples pain reminding her of her own. Whatever the reason, she has since saved several lives over the past number of years since her powers emerged.

Powers: Power Adaptability - Anything that strikes or used against Tenken will make her immune to it the second time used. For instance, if she is cut by a sword, she will not be hurt by metal or sharp things. She can only adapt to one thing at a time. So if she is cut by a sword and is then struck by lightning, she would only be immune to lightning.

Strengths: People that rely solely on one power and strategy will fall against her. People don't necessarily know of her limitation.

Weaknesses: Multiple powers or fighting styles can prevail against her. No solid strong offense against people with stronger constitution.

Bio: Tenken is half American (British American) and half Japanese and was born in America. She learned how to fight at an early age and discovered her powers early as well. Her quest for money led her down the path to being a mercenary.

Joe and Reina started a detective company but it went out of business once the Army started inspecting most things on their own. They made the move to America and do whatever work they can get for people as long as it complies with their terms. They have done work for the MDC from time to time and secretly aligned themselves the MDC without becoming members.

She is limited to her vision and touch for manipulating parts of the earth and if she loses concentration, whatever was being manipulated falls to the ground (Simply put, if she is standing on a rock she can make it float with her. She cannot manipulate something that is behind her.) She can also use her power to surf in the air on rocks to get around faster and avoid traffic, but once again limited by concentration.

Weaknesses*: His weight decreased or increases depending on his size, but this is relevant to his own natural weight. Meaning he cannot replicate weight like he can appearance. Also while he can replicate voice closely if he's able to hear how said person sounds, it is extremely hard to get exactly right. In many cases he could be just ever so slightly off. While not noticeable to most, people close to those he copies might be able to tell.

Bio: Derek is ex-military. Shipped off while in his late teens, he was a hard working soldier until the military turned against mutants. For a number of years he scored a deal to work with the military, until he was payed off by a mutant to get military info. Getting paid a handsome sum, he merely walked right past most of the military forces using his rank. He then escaped with a large file of secret info by taking the form of General Elena Tetra. While not officially in the military anymore, he is occasionally still hired by government/military officials due to his usefulness, but in New York he is always extra careful to keep his true identity hidden.

Weaknesses: Little combat experience. Relatively useless in a straight fight against mutants.

Bio: Damian had considered the concept of a cyborg army to regain power. Kara was a model he had his engineers design. One fatal flaw was to give the machine common sense and compassion. In that regard, Kara became dutiful to the law, and quickly turned against her creator for his lawless ways.

A year later, she met Prince, who identified himself as a mutant who had been in hiding. Kara knew that the government was opposed to mutants, but saw that Prince was not capable of malicious harm. Requesting Prince's help in regards to her creator and former master, Prince proceeded to instill in her a sense of morality, yet encouraged her to remain in hiding, not seeking out fights. Their alliance and friendship remains strong to this day.

Finally he gains telescopic vision with the Byakugan. Too much Byakugan use will cause severe eye strain and significantly weaken the effectiveness.

Strengths: Can have pinpoint accuracy and utilize pressure points to his advantage. Can gain nearly 360 degrees of vision with a 50 meter field of vision

Weaknesses: Opponents that know of the Byakugan and how it works make it less effective, opponents who know how the pressure points work are also effected less. Stronger opponents force stronger attacks. Cannot use Byakugan for long periods of time without forcing severe eye strain.

Bio: Not much is known of Irvine's past. Irvine became friends with Zeik after Zeik moved into the foster home and became best friends. They worked together to get through life, helping each other when needed. Irvine had a hard time finding a job so Zeik got him into the army to be a sniper.

Jakob respected his brothers wishes to not keep to the sea. He is also loyal to his men, and in return, they sure loyalty to him as well. He rarely takes revenge unless it is for someone close to him.

Strengths*: Tougher combatant then his brother.

Weaknesses*: With less interaction with government related workers, both Jakob and his men are less skilled handling firearms. Their accustomed weapons are pistols and rifles. These weapons was chosen due to better aim and less ammo. However the trade off is a lower fire rate and less penetration. A few men are able to effectively use AK's, but the number is low. Only a handful of men can effectively use RPG's, but at sea that's all that is needed.

Bio: Jakob's take whatever he wants attitude is also his way of life, and it's how he and his men survive. They live mainly on the seas, only porting for parts or supplies if in dire need. He may not of personally agreed with his brothers choice, but he had respect for him taking command of his own life. Although people is not his target in general, he usually sinks most ships to avoid witnesses.
