Powers: Fire generation: He can generate flames to use in various forms of attack.

Skills: No outstanding skills but knows his way around a fight.

Weapons: None.

Bio: Troy murdered his parents during his teen years, going on the run.   He later met a girl named Sandra and tried to force himself on her.   She got away and recognizing Troy reported his location to Police.   A massive man hunt landed Troy in jail.   Troy escaped when the prison collapsed during the Earths land masses moving around.    Now free he wants the women who cost him years in jail.

Personality: Sandra is a caring and helpful person.   She's very trusting and likes making friends.  She'll give her own life to save those close to her.

Powers: Telekinesis - Sandra can lift and throw items with her mind.  She can create a telekinetic barrier to defend, or push away those close to her.   This takes a lot of energy however and can't be done often.

Skills: N/A.

Bio: Sandra grow up with a happy family.  She learned good morals and took a part time job after school to help the family.   She lost her family in a Earthquake and eventually after morning her loss, decided she had to start fresh with life.   As she traveled she got attacked, she surprised the attacker (Troy) as he didn't expect a mutant and ended up getting him imprisoned.   Sandra found pace in a small country town and lived there till the world started changing.   During these events she found her way to what would become the Blue country, getting to interact with other mutants.

Name: Tesla Nova.
Age: 35.

Alias: Tess Mercer - In undercover missions where her real name could cause suspicion, Tesla likes to assume the name of Tess temporarily so to not get found out.

Personality: Tesla is a ruthless person who gives no remorse on taking a life.   She don't trust many and usually allies herself with whoever is willing to pay the most.    She holds little loyalty, and if a payment is missed or someone tried to screw her over, she will quickly turn on him/her.

Powers: Powers*: Diamond Coating - Tesla can form a thin layer of diamond crusting over her entire body for a very durable defense.   Her body in order to adopt to the increased weight of carrying a diamond coating has got a level of increased strength. While not much to speak of when compared to other super humans, it's enough to make her normally quite nimble and her strikes has a good impact behind them.

Her diamond coating offsets Tesla's added bonuses while normal. It sacrifices speed and nimbleness for protection. While her strikes now lose speed, they increase in brute force due to the harder surface (diamond instead of skin and bone) which connects.

Despite her mutation, she can't live under a diamond coating. 2 hours is about as long as she can safely maintain the form. After that point the stresses of said state can put her health at risk. Among these are dehydration or heat stroke (It gets very hot relatively quick in this form. Your body heat has no escape, and the outside elements are blocked by the form itself.)

Note: While diamond is one of the hardest nature substances on Earth making this forum extremely durable, enough persistent damage will start to chip away at it.)

Skills: Outside of her powers Tesla is a capable fighter and knowledgeable in many types of weaponry.  

Weapons: After losing her original blade in a fight against Lee's men, she soon gets rewarded a new one for saving a shop owner from a thief.   This new blade is slightly bigger, but well balanced making it a good distance weapon if needed to be thrown.   At Tesla's request there are special designs engraved into it.  

In the forefront is Latin writing which translates roughly to "only real evil shall perish by this blade." There are also background designs, a different design on each side. The left side seems to depict a Nova, a bright new star that shines bright amongst the rest.   The left side however depicts the destruction of a star, a supernova.

Why she requested these engravings on her blade are unknown at this time.

Bio: Tesla was abandoned at a early age.   After fighting to survive for years she became a mercenary for hire after unlocking her abilities.   She learned many tricks of the trade and grew cold hearted.   When the world got divided the mercenary group that thought her died.  She ended up finding her way to the red country where she offers her services to any open job, for a price obviously.

Name: Johnny (John) Gat (Wasn't planning to actually call him that, but screw it, the name is in the picture anyway. XD)
Age: 30.

Build: Strong, but not ripped.
Gender: Male.
Race: Mutant.

Personality: John isn't one to follow all rules or to like being told what to do or how to act.   That said he is loyal to friends and will fight along side them without question.   He knows the difference of right and wrong and will combat those willing to take life or torture others.

Powers: Teleportation - John can teleport as far as he can see.   He can long distances in one go or teleport in short rapid succession (which he uses to help him in combat).   He can not teleport blind (so no teleporting through walls for example) and continued use of distance teleports will deplete his energy quicker then short ones.

Skills: John Has skills in hand to hand, bladed weaponry, and firearms (although these are currently all but non-existent outside the White Nation.)

Weapons: Switch blade knife.

Bio: John lead a mutant gang in what was once known as New York.   His gang was ambushed by the mob after they started interfering in the mobs plans.   John's gang won, but they lost most of their members in the process.   The rest was finished off in the 2012 events, John surviving due to his ability to teleport.    John first landed on the White Nation and was eventually caught and imprisoned.

He later escaped, managing to thief a boat.   While crossing the sea he got caught in a storm and wound up shipwrecked on the Red Nation.   He was forced into hiding to survive before making his way across the sea break to the Blue Nation.   He found a small village there and settled down, becoming a protector and sometimes helping move supplies.  

He has not yet met Zeik or have even been to that town.

Name: Adrien Carson.
Age: 43.
Height: 6'2.
Weight: 281lbs.
Build: Average.
Gender: Male.
Race: Mutant.

Personality: Carson believes that the humans fear mutants and will stop at nothing to kill them all.   As such Carson wants to prepare a massive attack force to destroy the humans.   For this he needs to unite all of his kind, however, some refuse to help.   Victor and his Evo's has expressed no interest in mass murder, extinction of humans, or sending untrained mutants into war.

Carson has tried to reason with the Evo's, believing their unwillingness to make the first act will result in the death of mutant kind.    However negotiations didn't go well with the Evo's firmly in believe that the extinction of the humans isn't the way to go.

As such the mutant nation was separated.   The Evo's helped any good willed, stranded humans.  While Carson made a mutant community that banished humans.  

With Victor now captive, Carson hopes to pursaude Victor to his side, and if that is not to work, to then use Victor and a few others captives as bargain chips (the other 2 captives being Zeik and Serena).   By robbing the Evo's of their most experienced members, he hopes their society will crumble, leaving Carson to pick up the pieces and prepare for war.

Powers: Mass Manipulation - Carson is able to manipulate the mass of all non-living things that are in his sight.  Objects of different density can be effected to different amounts.   Light fabric light clothing can double to triple in weight, as if it was soaking wet.   A dense item like metal can be manipulated to way much more, making something like a sword potentially to heavy to carry.

Skills: Leader/dictator skills.

Weapons: NA.

Bio: Carson was a mayor or a town before the 2012 events.   Everything was very by the book and he was very stern.   This came from how his mother and father raised him as a child.    His parents was also mutants who was hunted down and killed, Carson managed to escape and start ed a new life.   By keeping his powers hidden, he was able to rise to power by middle age.    

After mutants and humans divided, he ended up on the mutant lands, in his early years meeting Victor.   His dark intentions would soon be revealed though and Carson would break away from Victor, rallying his own followers and plotting on how to see his plans though.

Personality: Strider is distrusting of others other than his brother. He sometimes has a temper. He is protective of his brother.

Powers: Concussive Energy - Strider can release this energy from any part of his body which can be utilized in many different ways including beams, orbs and waves. He can imbue punches and kicks with energy and can even propel himself with it. He can temporarily fly with it, but it costs a lot of energy.

Skills: Adept at martial arts, good reaction timing.

Weapons: N/A

Bio: Both brothers lived in a happy family before war tore it apart. Being the only ones left, the two of them lived on looking out for only each other. They have since honed their skills to be able to do so. They hate war and so do not wish to join either side. But given the chance, they may be willing to join the winning side in order to end the war quickly.

Race: Mutant

Personality: Zero is much more kind and understanding than Strider and he has more of an intelligent personality. But like his brother, he is also distrusting of anyone else. He can also be protective of his brother.

Powers: Defensive Energy - Zero can create barriers at many different levels (the higher the level, the higher the energy cost). As a bonus, he can buff his own and someone else's power, speed and defense temporarily. Normal barriers have no elemental properties, but he may learn elemental barriers in the future that lessen the damage of said element but heighten other elements powers.

Skills: Intelligent and strategic, strong reaction timing and decent Kenjutsu.

Weapons: Jutte (it's in the picture, it's a flat head at the top, not meant for cutting but for blunt attacks).

Bio: Same as above.

Race: Mutant

Personality: Zeik is a fierce fighter that you do not want to mess with. No matter what injury he has, as long as it doesn't cripple him, he will fight unless the clear choice is a retreat. A master of morale, as the group has to use morale to their advantage to survive fights. Is a good guy at heart and doesn't like to see his friends captured or killed.

Powers:

Animal Transformation - The ability to transform into an animal. Power is limited by having to be back in his "human" state for at least 15 minutes between transformations.

Skills: Advanced survival skills. Extremely talented with his sword but limited due to his strength and endurance. However, his speed and accuracy make up for his lack of strength and endurance

Weapons: Sword (as shown in pic)

Bio: 3rd in command of the EDC (Evo Defense Corps). Was on a recon mission with Victor Lagshire (leader) and othre members when they got ambushed by the other mutants. As they were outnumbered, Zeik was forced to retreat. However, Zeik has no clue that the evil mutants have captured his comrades as he retreated in the form of a wolf for a quick escape during a dust storm in the battle.

Name: Victor Lagshire
Age: 27

Race: Mutant

Personality: Victor is an intelligent man, and it is shown with his leading style. He is able to convince others not to fight (of course unless they are on the evil side). His goal is simple - survival. Whether that means taking over the world or creating a hidden base, he will do what it takes to keep his comrades alive. Calls allies "Evos" to avoid confusion (and with that has taught it to the rest of the group).

Powers:
Water Manipulation - The ability to move water (of course). However he needs liquid water near him for this power to work, as he has not trained in moving ice or creating water out of the particles in the air.

Skills: Advanced survival skills, is able to fight effectively with dual hand axes. His lack of speed is offset by his power and endurance.

Weapons: Dual hand axes (as shown in pic)

Bio: Leader of the Evo Defense Corps. Even though the EDC has access to limited technology, they refuse to use it as they live on the land. The EDC uses the term "Evo" very selectively. If you are called a mutant, you are an enemy. Was on a recon mission with 7 other members (including Zeik Rush) when they got ambushed by the other mutants. During a hard fought battle, a dust strom ensued and he instructed Zeik to retreat. As they were outnumbered, they eventually lost and got captured. Is now in a prison cell in Tyranny.

Name: Serena Lowe
Age: 42
Height: 5'6
Weight: 160 lbs

Gender: Female
Race: Mutant

Personality: Serena is the wisest member of the MDC. She knows when to talk and when not to talk. She is kind-hearted and despises fighting unless it's for survival.

Powers:

Superhuman sight - Self explanitory, has far more advanced sight than a normal human or mutant. While most people need binoculars to see a far distance, she can see that far without use of them. This also gives her the ability to see perfectly at night.

Levitation - The ability to make objects float in the air and move. However, with her age, this power has weakened from in the past. Requires more concentration than normal so she avoids using the power as long as possible.

Skills: Adept at survival. Knows her way around fighting with her ax. Has below average endurance and speed due to her age.

Weapons: Ax (look at pic)

Bio: Serena led a group of mutants that liberated cities from the laws before the earthquakes happened. After said earthquakes, she lost her group so she joined the EDC in hopes of finding them.

Name: Reina Tanaka
Age: 18
Height: 5'5
Weight: 137 lbs
Build: Skinny but semi-built
Gender: Female
Race: Mutant

Personality: Reina is a young, but confident, lady. She is more than willing to help with anything. With this confidence comes her not giving up on something till the end.

Powers:

Earth Manipulation - The ability to move parts of the earth. Can be from dust to dirt to rocks (but not plants). Requires concentration.

Skills: Is skilled with fighting with her bow+arrow, and deadly accurate. Also has basic survival skills and knows her way around a little hand-to-hand combat. Also had excellent stealth so she can appear to fight from nowhere.

Weapons: Bow+arrow (in pic)

Bio: Reina was having fun with her parents before the war started. Combined with the war and earthquakes, the rest of her family died off. With nowhere else to turn, she joined the EDC. Reina was blamed by the humans as the cause of the earthquakes. Although she doesn't know it, the other mutants are looking for her for unknown reasons.

Personality: Bobby is a fun loving guy who gets serious when somebody tries to pick a fight. Even though he loves to talk, he knows when to listen. He can come off as an insensitive jock but he does care for his allies. Also loves to read.

Powers:

Ability to eat anything - The...ability to eat anything. If he eats enough, he can spit out an acid ball at a high velocity. However too many acid spitballs can ruin his throat and mouth. With this power, he has a stronger jaw and stronger teeth that can chew through metal (not diamonds or like 7 inch thick lead, is limited).

Skills: Football skills (juke, hurdles, spins, etc), knows his way around a brawl. Has above average speed, agility and endurance.

Weapons: None

Bio: He was an up and coming College Football Player before the events of 2012. He wound up on Red Island and made a living running a library until the city of Tyranny lost all rules and most Evos already fled. He was recently arrested due to being claimed to have destroyed the library.

I see no problems with Bobby.

Name: Katarina "Cat" Sky
Age: 28

Personality: Cat is pure evil, the type of person you don't want to run into on a rainy night or in a dark alley. She enjoys killing and torturing people. She hates rules and would be more than willing to break them if it didn't mean losing her life. She is willing to do anything to get what she wants and is an affiliate of Tesla Nova. Adrien Carson doesn't completely trust her so there is somebody watching her at all times and she knows it.

However she has a split personality. Her other personality is completely good, and it has caused problems. For people that don't know her, they don't know which side she is on. Lately the evil personality has taken over but the good side can pop up at any moment. While the good personality is there, this personality mainly just warns people to stay away and tries to break Evos out of prison. Both personalities know the other personality exist, which has caused her many problems. She feels like she is torn up inside. Both personalities even have there own powers and have pretty much had a duel inside her.

Powers:
Darkness Manipulation [evil] - The evil personality has control over pretty much all darkness. She can use shadows to slice people, hold people, and even strangle them.

Light Manipulation [good] - The good personality can manipulate light. This is mainly used to blind people but it can also be used for burns and even attacks of light thrown at people.

Skills: Basic survival skills. The evil side knows her way around a fight while the good side mainly uses defensive tactics and talks to people to avoid fights, but knows how to fight.

Weapons:

Bio: Katarina grew up as a normal kid. She did not know that she had a split personality, she just knew that there was a voice telling her to do evil things. She was able to ignore said voice, staying good, until a bully started picking on her best friend, Reggie Jones, in her senior year of high school. Suddenly Cat snapped and wound up cutting the bully with a dagger she did not even know she had, almost killing said bully in the process. Right after that, she went back to normal and saw everybody's reactions. Everybody was shocked at how the "perfect" good girl could sudden attack a classmate, and Katarina could do nothing but cry at what she did after she saw the blood on her hands. She quickly dropped the dagger and ran out of school, not knowing what else to do. She was expelled from school. Her parents kicked her out of the house after paying the bail, everything just went terrible. Nobody would talk to her except Reggie, who arranged for Katarina to stay at her house.

They tried to figure out what happened and then Katarina explained the voices she would hear and how she was able to ignore them. They agreed on a split personality after doing extensive research. Since Katarina had no money and got expelled from school, she had to get a job as a cashier at a convenience store. The second time she snapped was when a robber was in the house. The robber killed Reggie and her family and was going to get Katarina next if she didn't meet his demands. At that moment, Katarina snapped and killed the robber by stabbing him with a similar dagger. Ever since the second snap, the evil personality has been able to take control more often, naming herself "Cat". Katarina, torn by the duel inside her, checked herself into a mental hospital with the specific instructions to never be let out of her room.

Katarina was let free after the earthquake but it was Cat in control. Katarina has been trying to get control of her body but without any luck and Cat joined forces with Tesla Nova as an affiliate, while also joining Adrien Carson. Cat is currently one of two guards of the jail, and was also the person who captured Victor and Bobby. Cat is the day guard.

Name: Dean Winchester

Personality: Dean is a cold guy that doesn't care about others at all. He will do anything to get ahead, and even backstabbed his employers. While he doesn't care about others, he will help people on his side just so he won't get killed. He is also loyal to his employer until he/she is not needed anymore.

Powers: Dream Manipulation - The ability to manipulate dreams. Nightmares can cause restless sleep and an unprepared mind, which could drive people crazy. The perfect dream can get a person fully rested without nearly enough sleep.

Skills: Adept survival skills. Also knows his way around a fight, and knows first aid. Is pretty much good at everything.

Weapons:

Bio: Dean was a good guy going around with his brother Sam Winchester and helping people with their problems. One "mission" wound up being a trap set by a guy that Dean hurt before on a mission and he killed Sam. After Sam's death, Dean suddenly became cold. Instead of helping people, he would only think about getting ahead in life. The earthquake happened and Dean joined forces with Adrien Carson, becoming one of two guards of the jail. Dean is the night guard.

Ah, Dean from Supernatual. I've seen that show. Also good back story for Cat.

Personality: Gandalf is a good guy who will help anybody on his size. He is wise enough to know when somebody has bad intentions just based on how they talk. Has the heart of a warrior and isn't afraid to get dirty when he has to. Is pretty much a hero. Gandalf believes that good will prevail in the end and unless people are careful, wars will keep happening.

Powers: Superhuman Endurance - Gandalf has the endurance of what is expected out of a 30 year old. This makes his looks deceiving and he will last longer in a fight than you would expect.

Skills: Is extremely skilled when fighting with a sword and a staff. Has more endurance than expected and with that, he is able to keep his strength up. Is also adept at survival and has limited hand-to-hand expereince.

Bio: Gandalf lived his life secretly before the earthquake. After the earthquake, he allied with Victor, planning to be one of his generals. He currently lives in Twilight Town but where his house is is unknown. He made it very clear to Victor that he is against fighting but he will fight for the greater good.

Gender: Female.
Race: Mutant.

Alias: The Reader.

Personality: Jean was raised having a somewhat fear of the law, so she usually tries not to attract attention. She easy to get along with towards those she likes, but has a darker side when pushed to far, and can be capable of murder.

Powers: Telepathy - Jean can read the minds of other people to hear their thoughts, or dig up old memories. Her telepathy also allows her to talk to other people though her thoughts, as long as she's in range.

Skills: Like her sister, Jean is much experienced in close combat. However with the aid of her powers, she's often called on to do integrations.

She is ahead of Sandra in weapon experience though.

Weapons: Jean usually carries a short blade knife.

Bio: Jean is Sandra's twin sister. The two was separated at birth and never met. Shortly after the two was born, the hospital they was at caught on fire. Jean was snatched up during the panic by a women. The women, unable to have kids of her own, and not approved to adopt, kidnapped Jean in desperation. The women carried Jean across the boarders and into the country, where they hide away for many years.

Jean grew up very poor and suffered a lot of neglect after her "mother" got bored of raising a child. In her teens Jean started to develop her powers, and by 19 she had enough and cracked, killing her "mother". Not knowing any other family, Jean traveled around a few years before eventually winding up in the red lands after the Earthquakes took place.

She lived on the far outskirts and ended up in a small run down village. She never really did anything during that time to stand out, which likely means Carson didn't know of her, otherwise she would of likely hired by him.

Alias: The Illusionist

Personality: Suzuna is a neutral person who is nice at heart but still can be a bitch at times. While she refuses to hurt others, she doesn't think the ongoing wars are meaningless as she just wants peace. She is a vegetarian so she refuses to eat any meat. While she wants peace, she has a great sense of danger and will try to avoid fights even if it means using her power.

Powers: Illusion Manipulation - Is able to make other people see illusions. When seeing an illusion, the person/people stands still and looks like he/she is daydreaming. Thanks to practicing her powers, she is able to make large groups of people see illusions.

Skills: General survival skills. Has above average speed but well below average strength and endurance. Note: Has no fighting skills and no real fighting experience.

Weapons: None

Bio: Suzuna grew up in a poor family in Switzerland. Due to being poor, the family only grew vegetables for food as they could not afford meat. This made Suzuna grow up as a vegetarian and she hasn't changed those ideals. Thanks to growing up in Switzerland, she refuses to directly fight. Thanks to her only wanting peace, she joined Victor and the Evos after the earthquake even though she had the option of joining Carson.

Alias: The Runner

Personality: Jim is a fun loving guy. He doesn't care about who wins the war as long as he can do what he wants, but this changed after he saw what Carson does. While he doesn't care, he wound up in the blue lands and ended up joining Victor. He quickly became good friends with Suzuna and they were assigned to work together.

Powers: Superhuman speed - The ability to move at a superhuman pace. The faster he goes, the more tired he gets.

Skills: Survival skills. Is good at close combat with the help of his speed.

Weapons: N/A

Bio: Jim grew up playing Basketball. He loved playing it for the fun of the sport and he even refused to use his power after it surfaced. Since he loved having fun, he would do almost anything. He refused to smoke and touch drugs/alcohol cause he knew it would mess with his body. After the earthquake, he wound up in the Blue Lands and became quick friends with Suzuna. Victor assigned them to work together and they were part of the group that got captured. Jim saw Carson test the headband on Suzuna and that changed his attitude from not caring about who wins the war to hating the mutants. While Suzuna didn't see any of the tests, Jim saw them all and he was about to be tested on when Reina was brought back so he was left blindfolded, tied up and gagged.

They seem good to me. Approved.

Personality: Cruel and ruthless, even towards his crew if they disobey him.   He has no remorse on taking others life's, and has even killed people in the past just to set a example.  

He does not like to debate and demands full control.   His word go's, no if's, ands, or buts about it.

Powers: Though means of General Lee's superhuman serum, Titus gained the ability to turn invisible. Length of time this lasts has not been determined.

Skills: Titus is a very powerful man, one of the strongest you can get without being super human.   He has high durability as well.   His size and strength does hinder his speed though.

He has experience if brawling and using near anything as a weapon.

Weapons: Whatever he can get his hands on.

Bio: Titus used to lead one of the largest biker gangs in the world, ranging up in the hundreds of members.   They lost many during the earthquakes and ended up in the Red Lands.    During their time there, they got on the wrong side of Carson and rebelled.   Carson retaliated and hunted Titus gang known as the Brotherhood.

The Brotherhoods numbers at the time still ranged 150 plus members.   However many life's was lost battling the mutants and eventually the Brotherhood had to flee to survive.    They now reside in the Blue Lands, they ambush and ransack trading centers and small villages for food and supplies.   The Brotherhood lives in a large camp deep in the woods, despite all the losses the Brotherhood are still around 70 members strong, and are the most powerful rebel group in the Blue Lands.

Personality: Kai has a strong sense of honor. While she does not believe that the human leader's intentions are correct, she will not betray him. She is a master at blending in with the mutants, doing so as a spy. After her mission is complete, she slips out undetected. Became comrades with Heat due to her loyalty.

Powers: N/A

Skills: Mastered fighting with the sword-whip. Is quick for her size. A master spy, consistently going undetected even by Zeik, Victor and Serena. Has solid survival skills. Gets underestimated due to her beauty.

Bio: Kai was a spy for Japan before the earthquakes happened. After the earthquakes, she took her skills to the White Lands and became their spy. She had missions from scouting powers to taking out potential threats, doing so with ease. Her most recent mission is to capture the Mutant and Evo leaders, with her superior being Heat. Thanks to her loyalty and success with missions, she became Heat's closest comrade and he protects her.

Personality: Heat has a very short temper, getting angry easily. He is quick to hurt (and even kill) anybody who pisses him off. However, he shows some control if somebody is important for a mission. He has no concern for people's health, just sticking to the "dead" or "alive" command. Won't hurt his closest comrades, with the closest being Kai, and he goes as far as doing everything in his power to protect her.

Skills: Very powerful fighter, hard to bring down. Has a lot of stamina and slightly above-average speed for a human. Can pick up any gun and use it effectively. Stronger than most humans, as shown when fighting hand-to-hand. Has decent survival skills.

Weapons: Grenade launcher, any gun he can get his hands on

Bio: Heat is an Ex-US Soldier that got kicked out for his temper and quickness to kill allies. Thanks to that, he grew a little and won't hurt his closest comrades, with his closest comrade being Kai. He quickly became one of the human generals thanks to his fighting skills. Started protecting Kai when they became comrades. Is leading the mission to bring in the Evo and Mutant leaders.

Alias: General Lee.

Personality: Lee loves his nation and will take any action to protect it's people. Lee doesn't like mutants, he see's them a threat, a plague that will grow out of control and overthrow humanity.

While he'd like to see the majority wiped out, he is also interested in their potential. If they could find out what makes mutants different, and harness it, they could possibly create a controllable super soldier serum, making his men unrivaled.

Lee can be cold towards enemies, and hold no remorse putting a bullet in a enemies skull.

Powers: N/A.

Skills: Has self defense and combat skills. Is adoptive to a large array of weapons.

Weapons: Carries a pistol (19 round clip), and military knife.

Bio: Lee got included into the army at a young age, wanting to live up to his fathers memory, who died in a previous war years prior. He spent years climbing the ranks, working hard to earn his position. When the Earthquakes hit, maybe people died, including people of presidential statuses. Somebody had to step up to take control, to reform and lead the nation. Lee was quickly thrust into a almost presidential role being one of the highest ranking officers remaining.

He took control, started rebuilding forces, cities, a nation for all humans. One he vowed to protect at any cost.

Name: Jenny Harps.

Alias: Lieutenant Harps.

Personality: Jenny a rebellious nature toward authority and law.    She can be stubborn and a wild card at times.

Powers: Though means of General Lee superhuman serum, Jenny gained the power to quickly heal wounds. Small wounds will rapidly heal whereas larger wounds may take a minute or two.

Skills: Jenny is a capable combatant when need be, she likes to use a more hit and run tactic, rather then trying to overpower an opponent.

Bio: Jenny was a rebel and in trouble with the law since a early age.   She ran from home as soon as she was able and wound up in the Brotherhood biker gang.    She became one of the few people who could manage to get close to Titus, and raised the rankings quickly.    She stayed with the Brotherhood, surviving the Earthquakes and battles with the mutants, and was around during the gangs transition from a biker gang to a bandit gang.

Titus made Jenny his right hand and a lieutenant in his forces, out of the 70 available bandits, Jenny commands a group of 20.

Personality: Kunoichi is a happy girl all the time and an extreme optimist. While she is like that, she hates what Lee is doing to the mutants as she believes that they can live in peace if they tried. She refuses to let him get his way but will do anything for Kai.

Skills: Leader skills, a fierce fighter, excellent survival skills. Is insanely smart for her age and can figure out goals quickly.

Weapons: Blade (in picture), kunai knives

Bio: Kunoichi was training under Kai in Japan before the earthquakes happened and considered Kai as her rival. She respects Kai to the extent of doing anything for her. After the earthquakes happened, Kunoichi figured out Lee's goal relatively quickly and formed a rebel group including Hawkeye, Clinger, and Gale. The rebel group helps mutants get out of Lee's city and to a boat on the other side of the island so they can go to the blue lands.

Personality: Gale is pretty much like a robot, completely uninteresting. He tries to comprehend everything too much and ends up lost half the time. However he is excellent at making plans.

Skills: Excellent planner, some fighting skills.

Weapons: Whatever gun he can get his hands on

Bio: Gale was the commander of Heat's group in the US Army. He holds a grudge against Heat for killing his ally, Serph, out of temper. While Heat joined General Lee, Gale took the route where he could plan out everything the best. He knew Lee's goals would fail so he joined Kunoichi's rebel group as their master planner.

Name: Paige Dias.
Age: 29.
Height: 5'10.
Weight: 190lbs.
Build: Toned.
Gender: Female.
Race: Human.

Alias: Captain Dias.

Personality: Paige mixes the personalities of a sweet young girl and a trained soldier into one.  This often has her talking to opponents using phrases like "sweety" or "cute", or other general words you would use to describe a young child or household pet.

She is a loyal soldier and will take on about any mission for him, looking at him kinda like a father figure, she thrives to please him.

Powers: Toxic Immunity: Paige is immune to toxins that disable or kill ordinary people.  She can enter areas of smoke, carbon monoxide, various knock out gases, etc without protection, and be completely unharmed.   As a side result she cannot get sick from the flu or viruses like normal people.

She however is not immune to chemical attacks or substances that can physically burn or melt or skin.

Skills: Like any elite soldier under Lee's command she has had extensive hand to hand and weapons training, though she often chooses not to fight in the ways she was taught to.   She also has survival and self aid skills.

Weapons: Paige carries a array of smoke grenades, as well as a couple of blades.   She wears military issue body armor as well.

Her favorite weapon though would be her modified handgun.   Custom built to be far stronger then the average gun of it's size, it can carry a assortment of rounds.  Although she generally uses traditional rounds, she has the option to equip tracer or even armor piercing rounds.   The gun is finger print recognized, meaning it will only fire if her thump print is detected.    It also has a optional on/off guidance laser.

The gun handles 22 rounds at a time.

Bio: Paige is among the few people who Lee had the opportunity to kill in combat, but instead choose to spare and take under his wing.   With neglective parents she was a mid teen when Lee took her.   Seeing a desperate need for guidance and leadership, Lee feed her, often personally trained her, and for at least a few years, somewhat accepted her as family.

Paige grew up to idolize Lee and when offered the chance to take part in Lee's superhuman experiments, she quickly jumped at the chance to prove her loyalty and bravery.   It was at this stage she got her power.   Paige was soon assigned leader of the second major task force Lee would send to the blue lands, this one assigned the task of infiltrating and taking over blue land cities, retrieving any possible targets of note (such as Kai) along the way.

Name: Cullen O'Brien
Age: 27

Alias: General O'Brien

Personality: Cullen is as extreme against the mutants as Lee is. He strongly believes the war must end and the only way to end the war is to either kill or arrest every mutant. He is a loyal soldier until the end, and could possibly be blinded by his hate towards the mutants. He is as cocky as they get and will practically give away plans because he thinks they will work anyway. With as cocky as he is, he refuses to use any form of a gun and will fight hand-to-hand with his ax as his only weapon. Has a friendly rivalry with Paige Dias.

Powers: Physical duplicates: Cullen is able to create duplicates of himself, with a limit of 5 at once. The more duplicates he makes, the weaker they are and the shorter they last. Using this power for an extended period of time will make Cullen physically weak and any damage done to a duplicate is reflected on him when they merge (so if a duplicate gets a broken arm, his arm will be weaker).

Skills: Cullen has extensive hand-to-hand training. He also has extensive survival skills, and some stealth skills.

Weapons: Pole-ax (in picture)

Bio: As a teenager, a stray mutant killed Cullen's parents, causing his hate towards all mutants. During a fight with the man, Cullen impressed Lee who happened to be passing by. Lee took Cullen in to properly train him with Paige. Cullen consistently impressed Lee, creating a rivalry with Paige as Lee started to favor him.

While Paige became an elite soldier, Cullen was Lee's personal body guard once his training ended. Once Lee's army was built, Lee assigned Cullen to be an elite soldier. Cullen opted against weapons training (except with a pole ax), to the displeasure of Lee but continues to impress Lee in fighting situations. Cullen was in the group of soldiers who were picked to test the superhuman serum after Kai was taken, and he accepted to show his loyalty and to end the war as fast as possible.

Cullen was soon assigned as the general of Lee's troops within the white lands but he has been given permission to attend medical evacuations called from the blue and red lands. Cullen also runs the prison within Lee's headquarters, and has permission to make deals with rebels to get them to join the cause.

Alias: Agent K

Personality: Katy is a good girl who strongly believes Lee has the wrong idea to get peace. She believes that to get peace, you have to be willing to give peace. Once Lee used her for an experiment, she showed her true colors and started attacking his soldiers while stuck as a tiger. She completely hates Lee and his loyal soldiers and is willing to do anything to stop him, any way she can.

Powers: N/A

Skills: Like all soldiers within Lee's army, Katy has combat training. Her combat training consisted of a sub machin gun, pistols, and knives since she was a combination of a combat soldier, medic and a scout soldier. She also got trained in survival and stealth. Also has on-the-battlefield medical training.

Weapons: Sub machine gun, pistols, knives, smoke bombs, tear gas grenades, knock out gas grenades.

Bio: Katy quickly joined Lee's army when the world separated because she bought into the story that Reina caused the earthquakes. She quickly discovered Lee's real plan because she overheard him after her tour while on her way to her room. She pretended to know nothing and did a good job convincing everybody, including her roommate while her real plan was to warn Victor. While on a scout mission, she met with Victor and agreed to rely information to him about Lee's projects and attacks. While in Lee's army, she was a combat soldier/medic within a scout unit.

Katy was Victor's contact within the white lands, leaking important information to him while being a soldier. As soon as Lee found out, he decided to give her the choice to spare her life by testing his superhuman serum in the early stages. The experiment went wrong and Katy got stuck being transformed into a tiger. Lee fired the scientest who did that, and said scientist vowed to find a way to bring Katy back to normal. Katy turned out to be the tiger that follows Zeik around. Lee covered up the outcome by saying that Katy was executed for treason. The scientist is currently working in the red lands, in Carson's city and has Katy's bag of weapons with him.

The characters looks good. I like the idea ofthe tiger being more important then just being a pet of Zeik.

Name: Luis Barker.
Age: 36.

Alias: Lieutenant Luis Barker

Personality: Barker is a man loyal to his nation, and in return, loyal to Lee who leads said nation.   He doesn't necessarily believe the mutants are as evil as Lee makes them out to be, however being the patriot he is, he just can't bring himself to work for the enemy.   When Lee offered Luis to be part of a experiment, one Lee said would serve to benefit the nation, Luis was quick to take part.

Powers: Creation and control of ice - Luis can create ice, manipulate said ice or already existing natural ice, and as a by product, cool the surrounding air.

Skills: Weapons training, combat training, survival training.   All the skills of a good soldier.

Weapons: Luis has a specialized pistol and assault rifle equipped with warmers.   A regular gun would simply freeze.

Bio: Barker grew up in a military family and in such was raised very loyal and patriotic.   He got into military involvement at a fairly young age and after the earthquake he and his family moved to the white lands.    Being a young, strong, driven and loyal soldier, Lee adopted him quickly and groomed him to put him in elite status.

Alias: The Weapon Master

Personality: Ryu is a cold and blunt man who's only interest is fighting. He always seems to have a plan or scheme up his sleeve.

Powers: Dimensional Re-quipping

Ryu has weapons, armor and ammo that are stored in a separate dimension and he can call upon any or all of them at once. He can exchange his weapons/armor/ammo/etc on a moment's notice. Some of the special items he has:

-Fire sword
-Poison Arrows
-Lightning Spear
-Ice Axe
-Elemental shield (does not block 100% of elemental attacks, just weakens its effect)
-Light armor that is surprisingly durable (called special armor when it's called out)

Most other things that he has are mostly standard or strong man made things like heavy armor, guns, etc. He can also store some personal items there, but he cannot escape to that dimension. Everytime he summons or changes out an item, he drains a little of his stamina.

Skills: Proficient in all types of combat. Clever and resourceful fighter. Strong and agile for people his height and weight.

Weapons: Besides the above mentioned, most standard and obscure weapons ranging from midevil to current.

Bio: While not much is known about his past, what is clear is that he is interested in this war for some reason. A definitive side has not been chosen yet, but he traverses the blue island for right now.
